Located in a quiet area, the accommodation remains cool and comfortable even without air conditioning. Several historic sites to see nearby. If the number of people changes after your booking please let me know Please review the house rules. The cleaning package at the time of booking includes the supply of sheets and bath linens. In the heart of Rouergue, this charming renovated building of 70 m2 can accommodate 5 people. It will offer you calm and rest in a peaceful hamlet near a farm while being only 2 km from all local shops. Ideally located for many visits around Villefranche-de-Rouergue, Bournazel, Belcastel, Rodez as well as a little further away Conques, Najac, Saint Cirq Lapopie, Corde or the Millau Viaduct which are recognized as Great Occitania sites.

Fully equipped 28 m² studio.

Pleasant and bright studio of about 28 m², on the ground floor of our house. It is quiet on the garden side. Very easy to heat in winter, and cool in summer! We have a dog, very nice, but he will be locked up so as not to disturb your arrival. The mattress and bed frame are new, the bed will be made, bath towels are provided. Parking is available nearby. Parking is available in the yard while unloading/loading your belongings.

This cozy and fully equipped apartment is perfectly located opposite the Montbazens market square(busy street during the day). It offers easy access to all amenities (parking, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants, etc.). Montbazens is a dynamic village next to the medieval village of Peyrusse le Roc and Bournazel and its magnificent castle. A 30-minute drive away, you can visit Belcastel (plus Beau Village de France) and Rodez.

It's a 300 years old barn in a small hamlet in the north-west corner of Aveyron. The hamlet is located at the convenient distance of many Occitanie historical and tourists sites. You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. The barn has European and UK TV, Roku and Amazon Fire stick, fast broadband Wi-Fi. Small library, Nespresso coffee machine and a fridge are also available in the barn.

Independent 44 m2 apartment on the ground floor of our home. Close to shops (butcher, bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria, restaurant, tobacco shop) and the municipal swimming pool open from July 1 to August 31. Composed of a kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and large living room with a 140 x 190 bed. For two people or with a young child (possibility to provide a baby bed and a high chair)
