Condamines Studio

The studio is located in Béduer, 9 km from Figeac. It is an independent accommodation in the heart of an old farmhouse. In addition to the double bed, it is equipped with a shower, toilet, table with 2 chairs, sink and kitchenette (with small fridge, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and basic ingredients). A small terrace, shaded in the evening, with a table and chairs is located in front of the front door. 4G access possible. Electricity at extra cost from October to April.

Our 70m² stone house was totally renovated in 2024 ,it is the ideal place for a peaceful holiday. The house has a large garden with its amenities (terrace, barbecue, swing ). It is ideally located in Saujac (12), very close to Cajarc (46) 5 minutes by car and close to many tourist sites (St Cirq La Popie, gouffre de padirac , figeac , cave de pech merle...). The river Lot is also not far away with all its water activities (kayaking, paddle boarding...) .
