The cottage is located on four quiet hectares in the Lot and just 3 km from Lake Saint Sernin and 5 km from the beautiful village of Montcuq in Quercy Blanc. You can explore numerous hiking trails and relax in the above-ground swimming pool to enjoy your stay. Our discreet presence on the property ensures we are always available to assist you. You will have access to the shared hot tub for a minimum 2-night booking from October to April 30.

Located between Lauzerte (82) and Montcuq (46) in the heart of Quercy nature, this small house will offer you comfort and tranquility. The nearby woods and meadows of the Causse will allow you to discover the richness of the local fauna and flora. But 5 minutes away, the villages of Montcuq and Lauzerte await you with their restaurants, shops and summer entertainment. Swimming in Lake Montcuq 5 kilometers away with games for children.

Enjoy a large terrace for your various meals. The equipped kitchen is right next door. Many hiking trails pass near the cottage. There are two bike rental companies in Montcuq, or a "tocvelos" partner can drop off the bikes directly at the gîte...

AIR CONDITIONED. POOL OPEN since 05/25/2026!!! Forget your worries at this spacious, serene space. You may have to share parking and the exteriors with other guests when the small home under the house is occupied (2 people maximum). When both homes are occupied, guests still enjoy the calm and are not bothered by noise. Swimming pool accessible only in the summer. (Sometimes before).

Stone house (55 m2) attached to the owner's house with independent entrance located in the countryside 4 km from Montcuq (all shops). Possibility of hiking nearby and supervised swimming at the lake. You can visit the Lot but also the Tarn and Garonne. If you need me, I'll be here to advise you.
