House holiday rentals in Montcuq-en-Quercy-Blanc

Geweldig modern huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Het leek vantevoren lastig te vinden, maar viel achteraf reuze mee. Zwembad niet gebruikt (te koud). De host had heerlijk ontbijt en avondeten bereid (tegen betaling). De paarden in de wei om het huis als ook de rust en het uitzicht de vallei in geweldig. Voor de hond alles omheind. Lekker buitenzitten onder het afdak met een dekentje met welkomst drankje en hapje :D We hebben plannen om in november ipv 2 nachten, een week te gaan...

We stayed for 10 nights as 5 adults and 3 kids all under the age of 5. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the size of space and facilities available were excellent and we felt right at home. The cellar was a big hit with the adults and we all enjoyed the pool day and night. Plenty of nice villages and towns within driving distance if you want to get out and explore which we did on several occasions. Rachel will keep you right with plenty of local tips and info she’s a great host. I’m sure we will be back, thanks again

Wij hebben een geweldige week gehad in dit huis. Het ontbreekt je aan niets, mooi meubilair en heel smaakvol ingericht met aandacht voor leuke details. Ook buiten ruim voldoende en comfortabel meubilair en verlichting voor als het donker wordt. Het zwembad is werkelijk fantastisch, wij hebben er dan ook van ‘s ochtends vroeg tot ‘‘s avonds laat gebruik van gemaakt. De omgeving is heel rustig en idyllisch. Limogne-en-Quercy op fietsafstand met een goede supermarkt, bakker en bio- winkel. De communicatie met Joffrey en Elsa is prima, vriendelijk en je krijgt snel reactie op vragen.

Nathalie and Tim were such extraordinary hosts! My family and I had a wonderful time staying in their beautiful home! The house itself is perfect for cooking, relaxing, and spending time together. We were able to enjoy the wonderful gardens and the pool all day and watch the sunset from our patio each evening. Such a stunning and relaxing atmosphere. The best part was how well taken care of we felt all week. Nathalie helped organize a tour of local vineyards, scheduled a wine tasting by the pool, and cooked dinner for us all on 2 evenings. She also had great local restaurant and market recommendations! We also loved our morning chocolatines and croissants! They were extremely kind and accommodating throughout the trip - delivering bottles of wine when we ran short, lending us a pot so that we could cook a big stew one night, and even working a miracle helping me removing a grenadine stain from a white dress I bought at a local market. I can’t recommend this wonderful home enough!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Mia. Le logement était très propre et fidèle à la description. Le cadre est apaisant et permet une totale déconnexion. Mia est une hôte très réactive. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ik heb een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Door onvoorziene omstandigheden moest ik onverwacht een andere accommodatie zoeken, en Anthony was heel flexibel, dat ik er in de ochtend al in kon. Super goed geregeld! Ook heeft hij een nieuwe parasol geplaatst in verband met de hitte. Het huis was boven verwachting Erg smaakvol ingericht, brandschoon, voorzien van een grote keuken. Er ligt een welkomstmap met leuke tips. De host hielp mij met de uitleg van de airco. Bij vragen reageert de host snel en uiterst vriendelijk. Het huis is groot en koel, en je voelt je privé. De poort sluit je af en je auto staat op eigen terrein. Er zijn rolluiken voor de ramen aanwezig. En er is erg veel opbergruimte. Je zit zo in Montauban, een gezellige stad met een fraai stadscentrum, Place Nationale. Ook heb ik een aantal mooie dorpjes bezocht in de regio, oa Bruniquel vond ik erg leuk. . De omgeving is vriendelijk, groen en rustig. Zeker een adres om te onthouden!!

Nous avons passer un excellent séjour chez Xavier et Stéphane. Stéphane nous a accueillis pour la remise des clés, pour la découverte du logement et les instructions. Il nous a était de bon conseil concernant les lieux à visiter ainsi que pour les commerces de proximité. Hôte très accueillant et lieu idéal pour un séjour au calme et reposant.

This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

Wir haben hier 7 wunderbare Tage verbracht. Das Haus, die Gegend und die Atmosphäre laden zum Verweilen ein. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Gastgeber, täglich frische Frühstückseier, wunderschönes Örtchen in der Nähe gelegen, einfach alles traumhaft.

Un petit coin de paradis à découvrir dans une très belle région. Le logement est très accueillant et confortable, il y a de nombreux atouts : une literie impeccable, une cuisine vraiment fonctionnelle, un superbe jardin calme où se ressourcer, une piscine en plein air accessible et surtout des hôtes de qualité, très accueillants et enthousiastes pour donner des conseils utiles sur cette très belle région, férus d'histoire et très attentionnés. Un cadre idéal pour des vacances réussies.

Such a relaxing few days spent at this beautiful cottage. Nature, the local village and the sauna/hot tub were exactly what we needed

Nous la retrouvons belle et paisible cette Maison Bleue qui nous fait tant rêver. Nous la quittons avec un pincement au cœur. Et nous l’espérons pour l’été prochain fidèle à elle-même : magique. Merci à Jocelyne et Éric, toujours accueillants et généreux, d’avoir créé un nid si merveilleux.

Beautiful and spacious home in quiet village. Le Centenaire restaurant was walkable and provided good food and drink. Loved the farmhouse table in the kitchen and we spent many meals there or on the deck table. Many hot air balloons over the deck in the evenings. Kitchen was very well stocked for in home food preparation. Beds very comfortable. Very clean and well appointed.

Maison très chaleureuse, comme si c était à la maison. La piscine jacuzzi même petite est plus qu un atout pour se détendre. Un véritable havre de paix😊😊😊

Nous avons été accueilli par Didier un soir. C’était chaleureux et attentionné car il nous a acheté un « kit de survi » pour le petit déjeuner et nous a recommandé les endroits d’exception à visiter…cette région est un vrai coup de cœur. Le gîte est top, on s’y sent chez nous très vite avec la pièce à vivre spacieuse et sa superbe cheminée, la literie confortable, ainsi que le jacuzzi qui a servi tous les jours. L’extérieur est incroyable, c’est au milieu de la verdure au calme, où les grillons accompagnent nos journées et nos soirées. Le gîte est équipé pour les enfants…jouets, livres, vélos, balançoires et toboggans. À deux pas du château de Bonaguil, il est facile de profiter d’un des plus beaux châteaux de la région ainsi que du restaurant en bas. Didier, un grand merci pour cette semaine, c’était parfait !

The best lodging we've had on this month long trip to France. Beautifully and comfortably decorated, private but close to all the things, the best sleep I've had in years, wonderfully appointed kitchen. Heads up that there is a washer but no dryer, but we managed fine with the very large drying rack provided. Would not hesitate to recommend, I wish I had spent more of my time here.

Heel mooie restauratie van deze prachtig gelegen pigeonnier. Grote tuin met vele schaduwplekjes. Het huis is kraaknet en bleef ondanks de hoge temperaturen goed koel. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor het bezoek aan knappe authentieke dorpen als Lauzerte (elke zondag een muziekoptreden), Moissac, Auvillar, schaduwrijke fietstocht langsheen het Canal des deux Mers... Colette is super attent en geeft je alle tips die je maar nodig kan hebben. We werden ook uitgenodigd om in hun zwembad een duik te nemen toen het er erg warm was. Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. E en adres om te onthouden. Bedankt Colette en Jean-Jacques!

The AirBnB is situated above La Roque-Gageac with a breathtaking view of the valley across to Domme. The interior of the house is lovely and very well stocked / furnished. Whilst you do need a car or bike to access the surrounding area, this is the case generally for the region, and the house is actually perfectly located right in the heart of a cluster of interesting places to visit, all within 10-20 min drive. Eve lives in the main house next door and is a lovely host. She was extremely helpful, and we felt as though the AirBnB space was private and our own. The pool was particularly welcome after a hot day. We would recommend lunches at Jardin de Marqueyssac and Les Courtines; and dinner at Lou Toupi (all very nearby). In terms of day trips, Domme, Beynac and Castelnaud are within easy reach. We will definitely be staying again.

Magnifique lieu ! Dépaysement total dans ces bâtiments plein d'histoire et aménagés avec goût. La terrasse offre une très jolie vue sur le ravissant village. Raphaël et Monique sont également très accueillants. Vous l'aurez compris, nous recommandons :)

Great location. Beautiful surroundings. Pool was amazing for the kids and a little bigger than it looks in the photos. Comfy beds, lots of storage and fresh towels with blankets to wrap up in on the evenings.
