The country houses are quiet and somewhat hidden on the Rio Chia River and are only a 10-minute walk to the nearest beach. A large pool of 15 m in length and 1 m to 1.80 m in depth is located behind the lawn. Two sandy beaches are a 10- to 15-minute walk away.
