Historic 100mq house from the 1600s completely and finely restored in a modern style. The house present many original elements, starting from the marbles, from the large wooden French windows, to the balcony with the typical wrought iron railings, and has been completely restored creating a combination of history and modernity. Composed by entrance room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen-living area and each room is equipped with air conditioning. 2 euros per person per day as tourist tax.

The old bandit's hideout

The old bandit's refuge is located in the village of Monte Agruxiau, 4 km from the historic center of Iglesias and 6 km from the nearest beaches. It is a historic home, with a beautiful stone facade, completely renovated and furnished. It consists of a living room-kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and a bedroom on the first floor. The dining room and one bedroom are air-conditioned. Masua Beach and Portu Cauli Beach are about 5 minutes away.
