Holiday rentals with a pool in Monte Alegre do Sul

The stay in Serra Negra was excellent. The house is wonderful, spacious and private for those who go with several families, as all rooms have a private bathroom (except 1). In the common spaces, there are several areas to enjoy with everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything (and more) you need. The hostess was kind enough to anticipate and leave a fireplace kit, as it was cold. The care and beauty of the garden was a detail that made a difference. The location of the house is also perfect.

We love everything, Cleverton and his wife are super attentive, super clean, equipped and easily accessible house. Super Indian.

Impeccable! Carina is very kind and ready. The house is a delight! Clean, all new, cozy. It was difficult to leave, but we will always return! We love our stay at the house. Natália was super receptive, the house is beautiful, a huge and very organized leisure space, exactly as in the photos, a quiet place with a beautiful landscape. It was fun to wake up to the Seriemas singing. My pet loved the big backyard for running. 🤭

I spent 4 days with my family at Deivid and his wife's house. Deivid welcomed us, showed us the house. I asked several questions in the group they created, and they responded promptly. The experience was incredible! The house is wonderful, cozy and super fragrant! We intend to come back more often! I highly recommend it!

The house has a wide and very beautiful outdoor area. The room accommodates well the advertised quantity and everything was very clean! The house is between monte alegre and relief, being very good to visit both sites.

We really liked the house, super well taken care of, everything very clean and sanitized, a super complete house with everything you might need. We only stayed 2 nights and it was well worth it. Easy access and location, a very quiet street, we went by car so to get to the center was fast, on average about 10 minutes, for those who are not by car it would be a little distant. We couldn't use the pool because it was cold, but we used the bathtub, which was very good. The house is large and super organized, it has several appliances and kitchen utensils, the entire interior and exterior of the house is very beautiful, Lúcia helped us by cell phone when we arrived and when we left, it was super worth it, we would have liked to have stayed more days.

Second time my family and I have stayed at Vivenda da Dona Odília and we will definitely return.... I already feel at home...the house is beautiful, always clean and the host is always friendly and giving us all the necessary information.... the location is about 10 minutes from the center and other places to visit.....my daughter is disabled so I chose this house because it has a calm environment and a playground for her to play.... once again Fabio, thank you for the affection and attention and until the end of the year we will definitely be back in this paradise.❤️❤️❤️😍😍

Wonderful stay, Daniela super helpful, answered me anytime I needed it. I needed a break, I went with my husband and children and we loved it, well located(defrent from the Ademar square of barros), great place to walk the night , since it is open until late at night. everything very organized, the apartment is vintage but nothing we reprove , as a suggestion , would only improve the shower, everything else very wonderful, kitchen with everything you need, internet, parking, delicious heated pool and sauna (I did not use the sauna , but there is), an absurd silence in the apartment , I slept like never ....

Top!!! Excellent location, comfortable apartment, exactly as in the pictures and description. The building's staff are very friendly. Very attentive and gentle hosts (Thais and Livia). Our experience was so good, it's the second time we stayed in the apartment this year (January and April)...

Our stay was fantastic! The condominium is very close to the main street and, as it has a private garage, we were able to do everything on foot. Close to bars, restaurants and the city's main square. The apartment is impeccable! Very well equipped, we didn't miss anything else. Cozy, with very new and fragrant towels and bedding, it felt like we were in our own home. A great place to rest after a long day in the city. Maricy is very attentive and welcomed us with great affection, always very concerned with the smallest details. I hope to return soon!

We were staying on the Easter holiday. The apartment is clean and organized!! The shower is excellent, the kitchen is equipped and the bed and sofas are comfortable. The apartment is located close to good restaurants, and close to the city center, by car we spend less than 10 minutes by car. There are plenty of cool shops and restaurants in the center. It was pleasant days!!! We definitely indicated the hosting.

Stanley's apartment is completely renovated, impeccably clean, bright and full of charm. The kitchen is fully equipped, making the space ideal for long stays. The location in Extrema-MG is excellent, both for those who go to work and leisure, with easy access to the main points of the city by car or by app. It was a great experience! We'll be back more often!

Apartment with a great location, everything new and clean. Exactly as in the advertisement. For my taste, single mattresses are very soft, but I know it is not possible to please everyone. I no longer recommend it to those who prefer a firmer mattress! Great quality towels, sheets and blankets, well-equipped kitchen, tasteful decoration. This is the second time I've stayed in this apartment and I'll definitely be back.

My husband and I were very happy with Bruno's apartment. He and his wife welcomed us very well, they even left treats for us in the apartment, chocolate, water, a letter welcoming us, we were very happy with the stay. Amazing apartment, everything was perfect. We thank Bruno, Camila and Isa.
