Holiday rentals with lake access in Monte Argentario

We had such a wonderful stay at Carolina’s place—it honestly felt like a hidden gem. The apartment is tucked away in the heart of Saturnia, super peaceful but also close to everything. You can walk to great restaurants, cute little shops, and of course, the amazing hot springs. Inside, it’s beautifully designed—cozy, stylish, and full of personality. You can tell a lot of thought went into every detail. We loved waking up to countryside views, making coffee in the kitchen, and then heading out for long, lazy lunches nearby. We were a group of friends on a weekend getaway, and the space worked perfectly for us. Everyone had their own corner to relax in, and the layout gives a nice mix of togetherness and privacy. Also, Carolina gave us a list of local tips that made the trip feel really special—think off-the-beaten-path spots that we wouldn’t have found on our own. Can’t wait to come back!

The house looks better than on the pictures. The area is very peaceful :) we stay there for 9 days with 3 families and we fell like at home. We have privacy, because the neighbors aren’t close. Perfect place to spend time together at the evening dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped, rooms are specious and have air conditioning. The area is more green than on the pictures :)

We had the pleasure of staying at the house in Tiro and it was a great experience. The first night the gas tank ran out, not only did Giuseppe rush over to replace it, but he also gave us a bottle of wine to apologize for the inconvenience. What can we say? We think we couldn't have found a better host.

The trip, as well as the accommodation, were wonderful. We felt at home as a family and were warmly welcomed. The place is very clean and everything is available. The hosts were always available and very friendly, we felt very welcome. They also gave us great tips for the area. We are sure that we will come again. We can only recommend this place.

I had a really peaceful time with my mother. Claudia actively cooperated with us to make us feel comfortable. I recommend it and I think it would be nice to visit again if I have the opportunity next time. I think it's a really nice place to stay, especially if you have a puppy. Unfortunately, the water pressure was too low, so it took a little longer to shower. It was a pity to relieve fatigue during the trip. It is a great place to have a peaceful rest, and there are no facilities to enjoy the lakeside, so please prepare a mat or bench.

The villa has a large and comfortable garden, the rooms are comfortable and all in all with the necessary accessories. Very convenient location for the beach, and extremely quiet. Paola and Michele were always kind, very helpful and extremely responsive, despite the holiday and the distance from their home, managing a small inconvenience in real time. Great communication and very useful information provided. The place is very nice and I think we will definitely be back for another vacation.

Perfect apartment for our family with two boys, to spend a week of vacation around Bolsena Lake and around Tuscia. Friendly welcome from Alessandra upon our arrival, apartment with modern decor and equipped as also highlighted in the photos. Garden to be cared for to take full advantage of outdoor spaces. We came back this year after a first stay last year. We don't get tired of this place and the apartment is ideal, warm, with character. The balcony that gives it its name is indeed an incredible asset.

A Beautiful and peaceful setting. If you seek to be surrounded by nature, this is the place for you. A wonderful environment to distress from city life and let all be quiet, the farm animals are a bonus that make for a unique experience. Thank you!

We had a fantastic time staying at this apartment just outside of the walls of Orbetello historic center (and a less than 10 minute walk into town). The apartment was very spacious with two big bedrooms and a tastefully decorated common area (living room and dining area) with a gorgeous view of the lagoon. The apartment also had two full bathrooms with shower, ideal for two couples or a large family to share for a longer stay. We really appreciated that they bought a new cot for our 4 month old to sleep in during the trip. We also appreciated that there were plenty of towels and bed linens for us to use. The location was great too, a quieter neighborhood next to a big hotel surrounded by shops, a short walk to the center and near a very nice seafood restaurant called I Pescatori. The only negative was that it’s a 3rd floor walk-up with no elevator so with a baby it’s not that easy. But I’d definitely book again!

We were guests (a family of 4) of Maria Chiara - Casa della Nonna in early May for 4 nights. Maria Chiara was very kind and very helpful in every need, from our "last minute" reservation, to in-person check-in to finish the meticulous and accurate description of the apartment, which possessed all the comforts and accessories you may need. She was also careful to recommend places to visit with a detailed and personalized program, often being honest about how we were going through the stay. The apartment is large, very clean and comfortable, with the possibility of free car parking under the house; it is located in a barycentric village to the many beautiful places in Tuscia; fortunate to have found it free and to have met the guest permanently, we would like to highly recommend this stay, maybe one day to return. A guarantee!

I stayed 4 days with my two grandchildren in Antonella's apartment and I had a great time. Antonella was a perfect host, always available and interested in us being well. The apartment, which enjoys a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside, was super clean and has all the comforts one needs to spend a relaxing vacation. The pool is also beautiful and in a quiet, clean garden. The location of the farm is perfect, because it is quite close to the sea and also to the beautiful village of Magliano in Tuscany, where you can eat well (Antonella recommended some restaurants). Among other things, Antonella made us find in front of the door a box full of tomatoes from her garden, a really beautiful gesture. I recommend this place to everyone, as it is 4-star for me, even if the prices are low. Thank you, Antonella, for the beautiful vacation!

Apartment just above the seafront of Porto Santo Stefano with ample parking a few meters from the house. Clean and equipped with all comforts, but to improve soundproofing. Definitely an experience to replicate with a multi-day stop.

Salvatore is a fantastic host!! He gave us good advice for beaches, restaurants, clubs, etc. Convenient and fast check-in. We recommend it!!

My husband and I had our best Airbnb experience at Vilma's beautiful farmhouse. Every day, we were fortunate to experience a beautiful sunset and view of the Valley overlooking Peniza while enjoying fabulous wine purchased from a lovely local winery. The location was a perfect base to visit other towns, including Montepulciano and Siena. We were provided a range of food items for breakfast and snacks, enough to feed a small village. Our host was extremely helpful, charming, and very funny. He provided great tips on the area with the best places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble for him.. We will be telling all our friends to make a stay here a priority when visiting Tuscany. Highly recommended
