beautiful house a few steps from the long lake of the trasimeno,where you can admire spectacular sunsets,located right in the center of the village has all the services available :bank, supermarket,pharmacy, post office,bakery and butcher shop.a 2 minutes walk you get to the starting point of the ferry direct to the beautiful and uncontaminated island of Powder suitable for fantastic excursions.A ten minutes by car you can reach Passignano beautiful and full of restaurants.

Rustic charming lakeside getaway

The 100 sqm apartment sleeps 4-5 people and is accessible from the ground level by its own entrance from the terrace that has beautiful views of the lake. The main bedroom has a queensize bed and accesses a small ensuite bathroom/shower: the second bedroom has a queensize bed leading to the sitting room with a sofabed for two. There is a second bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen . A pellet stove serves as central heating which is available at an extra cost.

Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

"Il Leccino": Delightful 1-bdr apt. in farmhouse.

Very panoramic 1-bedroom apt. Wooden beams, original features, fully-furnished kitchen, a.c., wifi. Sofa bed in living room, can sleep up to 3 guests. Infinity pool, terraces, barbecue. Surrounded by nature, in an organic olive-oil producing estate. This Farmhouse, divided into 5 apartments, has a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the valley. The pool usually opens around the 1st of June (this year it will open on the 27th of May).

The property consists of only two apartments, "Il Leccio" and "Il Gelsomino," thus offering a relaxing and intimate setting.
