A great little place with just enough room for one or two people for a couple of nights. It was very clean. There is a construction site just across the street but it wasn't an issue as they only worked during the day. As others have mentioned, you have to clip a lot of stairs! But it's still close to everything you want to see in Monaco. I was there for business and found that it was ideal for that purpose.

Had the BEST stay at this apartment. It was beautiful inside and had stunning views too. It was exactly as described, clean, and they were very friendly and communicate before, during and after our stay. Thank you so much, I’d love to come back!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alexandra’s apartment in Monaco. The space itself was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable—truly a home away from home. The location was perfect for exploring the area, but what truly made this stay exceptional was the host. She went far above and beyond what is expected on Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, her warmth, responsiveness, and thoughtfulness shone through. She wasn’t just an excellent host—she was genuinely kind and supportive, even helping me with needs that extended beyond the typical Airbnb experience. She found solutions, offered support, and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. I’ve stayed in many Airbnb properties around the world, and she is without question the best host I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend this apartment—and this amazing human being—highly enough.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Gaelle and Laurent’s place! The place was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Gaelle and Laurent were an outstanding hosts, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!

The view alone makes this place worth it. It will take your breath away. The unit has everything one would need to make a small breakfast or small meal and coffee on the terrace was spectacular. It was clean upon arrival. Location was great as we used it as a hub to get to the F1 events. While I researched Menton I didn’t know it was just a short walk away. It is such a beautiful quaint city we loved it. Don’t forget the old town of Roquebrune it was my favorite. We would consider coming back to this apartment.

I had a wonderful stay at Sebastien’s apartment in Beausoleil. The place was cozy, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The view from the apartment was absolutely beautiful – a perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings. Sebastien was an exceptional host: extremely courteous, responsive, and available whenever needed, which made the stay even more comfortable. All the information provided was accurate and reliable, so everything went smoothly. The only minor drawback was the parking space size– a bit tight, but manageable with some care. Overall, I highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in Piera's charming apartment in an old villa with fantastic sea views. The place has (almost) everything you need and has a very special character – like a small time capsule that puts you in a different era. It's this unusual flair that makes the stay extra special. Piera is a great host who explains everything in great detail in advance. Check in and out was completely straightforward and smooth – you immediately feel well taken care of. Parking can be a bit tricky, but since much is easily accessible on foot, you don't actually need a car for the surrounding area. All in all: a very special place with real charm and great location!

We stayed during the Monaco GP. Unbelievable view over Monaco, far enough it was quiet and close enough you still got the atmosphere! Mathieu was very responsive and helpful. Overall great stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and even exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. One of the highlights was the spa bath — such a relaxing touch after long days of exploring. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay feel very easy and convenient. The location was generally good — a bit far from the train station on foot, but we took a short taxi ride and it wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Very nice apartment in beautiful Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. Located 1 min walk from railway station with short connection to Monaco. Catherine was very helpful and providing help and assistance to any transportation needs. Also very quickly responding if we had any general questions. Highly recommended!

Very close to Monaco. Escalators lead directly into the Monaco casino area. Location very convenient. In the apartment good equipment: kitchen and washing machine. Owner is very friendly.

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend

Excellent stay in this very nice apartment. The available air conditioning was very much appreciated. The lack of a shutter allows light to enter quickly, but all of this was mentioned in full transparency. The place therefore corresponds in every respect to what is presented. Excellent stay, very good welcome, very available and responsive host, ideal location for visiting the Côte d'Azur. Some suggestions to improve the practical side: a tray, a carafe, placemats, a few extra dishes to avoid running the dishwasher too often. Nice little accommodation in the heights of Nice. You will be very welcome and quiet. Functional accommodation, very well equipped, exterior with a jacuzzi with incredible sea view. We were even greeted with rosé and soft drinks, and slippers and bathrobes were available. The great class, a big thank you for your kindness and your welcome.
