Beachfront holiday rental in Monte Carlo

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Excellent accommodation, very warm and responsive hosts. The location is ideal, there is a supermarket, cafes, restaurants, a great beach nearby. The house has everything for a super-comfortable life. Everything is very high quality and well organized.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at Nice’s place was an absolute joy! Nice has been one of the most responsive and friendly host that I’ve ever meet. You can tell that he really cares for the space, and its guests. The location of this space is ideal. You’re away from the hustle and bustle of Old Nice, but just a quick (and I mean quick) tram ride into town. Most nights we would take the tram into town and walk back. The beach is just a stones throw from the space too. Nice had all of the amenities you’d need for a beach day: chairs, towels, and an umbrella! You can’t beat it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends.

Great spot to stay if like me, you are attending the Monaco F1 GP. 8 minutes by walk to the train station that leads you to Montecarlo train station in only 3 stops. Great place, great host! Thank you Anne 🙏🏻♥️

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our time at Sylvie’s villa. The villa was clean and had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, the shower was pleasant and it has all the utensils we needed. We were checked in my Sylvie’s neighbour who was very friendly and helpful. Sylvie was always quick to reply to messages if we had any questions. The view is stunning from the villa. The bus to Monaco is at the bottom of the steps and only took 10mins. It’s a 10min walk down to the train station (we would have struggled to walk up the hill with suitcases so we got an Uber). It is an easy walk of about 15 minutes to the supermarket. We walked up the hill to the old village and castle. It is a very steep walk but worth it. We are at the Italian which was lovely. They were also great with children. We would definitely stay again!

This Airbnb surpassed all expectations! The garden is designed like a fairy tale paradise, with hydrangeas and lush trees artfully arranged—every corner is worthy. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling ocean views are breathtaking, waking up to the soothing sound of waves in the morning and falling asleep under the glow of sunset in the evening. It was the perfect finale to our island getaway.

Lovely stay at Delphines Airbnb. Perfect host, quick to respond to any questions about our stay, accessible enough area to the beach front, shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the tram stop to take us into Old Nice.

If you have the opportunity to stay at Sun Bay House you are truly lucky. Philippe has created a beautiful oasis right in the middle of Villefranche-sur-Mer. He is an unbelievable host - the space is pristine and he has thought of every last detail. He gave us amazing recommendations for the area and we absolutely loved talking with him. We left feeling like we were leaving an old friend. We were torn between wanting to sight see around town but also not wanting to leave this beautiful property. Thank you Philippe for making our stay so perfect and special - the best way to end our honeymoon.

A dreamy escape by the Mediterranean This beachside apartment was pure magic. Overlooking the shimmering Mediterranean Sea,—we never tired of watching the waves roll in, with our morning coffee and a glass of wine at sunset. The balcony became our favorite spot, so peaceful. The apartment itself clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, including kitchen appliances for home-cooked meals. We also enjoyed the shared pool. Direct access to the beach was so incredible—just a short walk down the stairs and we were there, toes in the sand. The location is right next to the train station, making day trips effortless. Parking required a short walk, but it was absolutely worth it for the stunning setting and proximity to the sea. Our host was responsive and helpful

What an amazing gem this property was. The view was out of this world. Waking up every morning to that gorgeous view made me giddy! Close to restaurants, to beach clubs, to cafes, you name it. I fell in love with Nice and would 100% stay at this property again. Everything we needed was there and the host was so friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The noise from the promenade was what I expected but it didn’t bother me much, but the location was worth every car horn. Highly recommend this property for anyone travelling to Nice!

We were overall very happy to stay at this place for my mother's birthday. Cecilia was a wonderful host, and she was communicative and helpful before, during, and after our stay. Our immediate impression upon walking in is that we were astounded by the views from the place and how cool and modern the home itself looks. It's a very unique property with stunning views of the water and the city of Nice itself. There were a few things that were not great, and were mentioned in the other reviews. For example, there is no functioning wifi other than a portable router, which only really helps one person at a time. For such an extravagant place and the sum paid, we'd expect that as a standard feature. The shower water pressure was also not great. The pool was very cold, but I can see how that wouldn't be an issue in the summer. The living room TV did not function during our stay there, but that was a minor inconvenience for us. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return here!

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

We had a great Stay in Nice at Greg's place. The place was spotless clean and it was walkable from all good restaurants and the old Nice. The views from the condo was amazing, Susuna was so helpful for us to check in and check out and went out of her way to get us a parking spot. Thanks for making our stay wonderful and wish to come back again.

The view alone makes this place worth it. It will take your breath away. The unit has everything one would need to make a small breakfast or small meal and coffee on the terrace was spectacular. It was clean upon arrival. Location was great as we used it as a hub to get to the F1 events. While I researched Menton I didn’t know it was just a short walk away. It is such a beautiful quaint city we loved it. Don’t forget the old town of Roquebrune it was my favorite. We would consider coming back to this apartment.

Apartment ideally located and super well-equipped. Perfect to have a good stay in Monaco.

When we arrived at the accommodation, about an hour after check-in time, we did not find the apartment keys inside the safe. Fortunately, we were able to access the apartment as we met the cleaning team who were still finishing cleaning. Beyond this misunderstanding, the stay was fantastic. Inside the apartment there is everything you need and the host Matthieu is always ready and quick to respond to messages in case you need anything. Accommodation with a beautiful view from above of the sea and the buildings that make up the wonderful panorama of Montecarlo. We always ate on the balcony, because it was equipped with a spacious table and the beautiful days helped us to stay in excellent conditions

The apartment is super clean and brand new, with all the utensils you need. The bathroom and kitchen are both modern and well-equipped. The balcony offers a beautiful view—perfect for relaxing. If you don’t have a car, the nearby bus stop makes getting around very easy. Great stay!
