The house has a conditioner and consists of a living area with equipped kitchen, table, bathroom with shower and double bedroom. A free car park is a 8 minute walk away.

The tourist rental of Sara Jane is located in the medieval historic center of Gubbio, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The small apartment was renovated in 2021, with exposed stone and antique wooden beams, and a view that makes the stay unique! Very quiet pedestrian area. There is a kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom (possible crib and high chair for children). Free parking is 200 meters away. In the house, all the comforts for a relaxing stay!

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Bedroom has a astonishing view, king size bed, fresh sheets and towels. Two sigle beds are available in the living room. Large bathroom. Kitchenette with everything, fridge, pots and pans, tea, coffee, sugar, honey, eggs from our hens, vegetables from our garden, everything organic. Free Wi-Fi.

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

There is no television, no (limited) WiFi and no heating. But it does have a bathroom with toilet and shower and a limited kitchen (no cooking stove).
