We just finished our vacation at Paul’s villa. We had a really nice, calm, and refreshing 10-day stay. The view is amazing — it felt as if we were living in the woods, waking up to the pleasant sounds of birds. It’s the perfect place to recharge and forget about your usual routine. The house is well-equipped, and everything is just as described. The beach is about 15 minutes away by car. Even though the weather wasn’t very warm and was a bit windy, the pool area is designed in such a way that you don’t feel the wind and can still enjoy sunbathing. All the rooms are quite spacious and have enough storage for your belongings. The 360° terrace allows you to enjoy the sun at any time of day and offers plenty of space for everyone to relax and have some time to themselves. Thank you Paul, we wish you the best of luck!

Excellent house for a retreat with friends. A quiet and isolated location. The house is equipped with everything and more. Sónia was always very helpful with information, and always helped regardless of the time. Very flexible check-in. I highly recommend it, if you want a place to rest.

My group of friends, with dogs and a 2-year-old, really enjoyed our stay in this little paradise. The house is spacious and cozy, very well equipped, the outdoor space is absolutely fantastic. Maria was a super host, super attentive and always in touch. I highly recommend this space for a few days of tranquility and even a few nature walks, just an hour from Lisbon!

Amazing Refuge! We just spent four fantastic days at this Airbnb with our 9-month-old son and our Labrador. The space is beautiful, impeccably clean and well cared for. We love the pool with sun all day, the spacious lawn and the bathroom with hydro. The proximity of the Agroal river beach was a bonus. We were very welcome by Mr. Aparício and the communication with Ana was always excellent. We highly recommend it for families and those traveling with pets!

Veni is a wonderful host, welcoming and helpful. The place is peaceful full of gardens and flowers. Strongly recommend.

We had a great time here. The house was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, spacious and peaceful. One point to note is that the ensuite bathrooms do not have doors so some people may not be comfortable with that.

House with fantastic indoor and outdoor spaces. With all the amenities for a few days with friends and children. D. Felizarda was super available to help us get to the house (the address on the website doesn't take us to the right place) and available to resolve small details. I recommend it.

Great stay, exactly as decribed and very clean and lovely house. Jorge and his wife were very friendly, flexible and helpful. Would definitely stay there again if dont mind being a drive outside of Lisbon.

Our stay at Quinta do Tojal was simply amazing! The farm is super spacious, very well maintained, beautiful and impeccably clean. Ideal for large groups – there were 10 of us and everyone loved it. Luísa was an exceptional host: always friendly, available and helpful from the first contact. I highly recommend and we will definitely return!

Great place to spend a relaxed, serene and comfortable weekend. Herdade maintains the traditional traces of typical palace construction, but offers all the comfort, namely in the rooms. Beds are large and very comfortable. I think we benefited from renting the entire space so we did not feel in a room, but at home, in the double sense: with the whole space for us and very cozy. Note for the outside, very spacious, the pool area is quite pleasant and, the best part of all, is undoubtedly the animals that exist on the farm (present, but without bothering). There are chickens, goats, cats and dogs. A Trufa (a young dog) was an excellent host, always wanting to play and keep company. For sure if we return to this area will be for Herdade da Ordem!

Our stay at this incredible house in Castelo de Vide was absolutely perfect! The house is spacious, charming, and filled with character and history, making it an ideal retreat for our entire family. We were all amazed by the stunning view over Castelo de Vide from the house – it truly took our breath away every morning. The large, beautiful kitchen was a standout feature for us. It is well-equipped and perfect for preparing family meals, with plenty of space for everyone to pitch in and cook together. The historic charm of the kitchen added a special touch to our experience. The bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The living areas were cozy and welcoming, with enough room for everyone to relax and unwind. The pool was a highlight, with sun beds and umbrellas, and warm water at the end of the day, with the solar exposure. The host was incredibly hospitable and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We highly recommend this wonderful home.

Herdade da Maxuqueira is a spectacular place that I hope to be able to return. The interior and exterior areas are very well cared for, equipped and comfortable for the number of people who stay overnight. In addition, Sofia was a great guest always available for any questions that arose. I highly recommend it.

The house is wonderful :) all the support from Susana and Mr. Nuno was exceptional! Nothing was missing! Extremely clean house with everything you need to spend a relaxing family vacation, close enough to Tomar to visit and go shopping and far enough away to be in the quiet of the countryside. For sure, repeating it!!

The stay was great in every respect. The communication with Dora, but also her courteous manner, particularly impressed us. The AirBnB was also in excellent condition and we lacked nothing. An absolute recommendation!

Very pleasant home! We had an amazing peaceful stay! The home has everything you need, even if you are a group of ~10. We had a great time and we want to come back.

We were 3 families, 6 adults and 6 children, and I have to say that the house is spacious, clean and modern. It's one of the few houses that the photos don't do justice, it's much better when you arrive. Jose was very friendly when we entered, he showed us around and explained all the features of the house, and when we left he was very friendly. I really recommend it 100%. We even had a Christmas tree, a nice touch, and the pool was super clean, although we didn't swim, and there's a barbecue.

I went to meet my brother and his family to spend Christmas together , Maria Helena was vey flexible and friendly, explained that party wasn’t aloud as described but a family meeting would be welcome because Christmas is a special occasion, we had a wonderful family dinner, place is absolutely stunning, Maria Helena and her husband are very friendly and Helpful. Maria Helena showed around and explained how to use the facilities. The house is big and beautiful, kitchen has everything we need , weather was cold because the winter but the place has heating and 2 wood fire and enough wood to burn inside and outside if need . Stunning mountains view. I recommend anyone who goes hire a car to explore around . The Nazaré beach is stunning ( famous for the highest waves in the world) . Villages around ate beautiful snd clean , it stands out for the oranges , small trees with oranges everywhere, locals also put bags of oranges around in fences for free , we enjoyed oranges from her garden .

We had a wonderful stay at Cantinho dos Rizos! It was the perfect spot for a family weekend—peaceful, cozy, and full of charm. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, and the space had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. Highly recommend!

I only wish that Anabella could hear all the ‘wows!’, gasps of delight and smiles of appreciation for this wonderful property as you walk through the door!! Set in a quiet hillside location, It is just the most beautifully laid out home… modern, yet rustic… simply furnished but oh so comfortable with cosy lighting and quirky touches!! Everything has been catered for and thought about.. it is super well equipped and even provides a juicer for the ample supply of oranges growing on the trees in the garden… such a treat! The house is tastefully decorated with Anabella’s personalised and creative touches. The soft ambient lighting both inside and out elevate this property to another level after dark! We stayed as a family of nine with two little ones.. who adored the pool and loved watching their favourite programmes on the big screen! We ate in every evening, such were the glorious sunset views from the terrace table. Thank you, Anabella, for sharing your beautiful home with us..

Ana and Nuno were so accommodating. They were very friendly and the house was a very comfortable house. They did their best to help us with everything and responded instantly. We were very happy with our stay. Everything we needed was available in the house. The house was very clean and very stylishly furnished. Everything was thought out for the guests. We are very satisfied and it was a place to stay that we would miss.
