It consists of a large and bright living room with an open kitchen, and two bedrooms with a bathroom. A bed/cot and high chair can be added.

The house has a super equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a small dining room, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, a balcony with coffee table for dining or outdoor lunch with a breathtaking sea view + barbecue at your fingertips. The dining room and one bedroom are air-conditioned. Masua Beach and Portu Cauli Beach are about 5 minutes away.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
