This is a beautifully updated, perfectly appointed home just a little bit outside San Vito. If anything, it's even nicer than described! The kitchen is modern and well stocked with quality cookwear. The primary bedroom is huge, with a comfortable bed, massive closet, and two-person hot-water shower. There is a second bedroom that sleeps 3, and a second full bathroom. There is a washing machine, and the a/c is helpful on toasty days. You'll have everything you need to enjoy the beautiful mountain community of southern Costa Rica. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the bus line into town, while still being private and secure. There is a large covered area and an outdoor barbeque. The hosts and their extended family are the best part. They are absolutely wonderful people, attentive and conscientious. If you need anything, you can trust they'll respond quickly and take good care of you. 5 stars all around. I can't wait to be back!

Easy location to get by car or cab. Very clean and comfortable. Edwin was extremely respectful and responsive.

Spacious accommodation and with all amenities, the house is modern and the appliances are almost new. Well-equipped bathrooms and kitchen as well as condiments oils and other basics to prepare your meals. The location is very good in a quiet area and one. Beautiful view on the back Jeff makes sure to get in touch ahead of time so you have all the Information at hand before you start your stay.

Great place outside of San Vito. Luke and Giovanny were very pleasant making us feel welcome on their permaculture farm. Fresh fruit awaited us upon our arrival along with birds feeding at fruit feeding stations. In the mornings the coffee grown on the farm along with fresh eggs and sitting outside observing and listening to birds was awesome. Walking the farm grounds was a delight. We visited a few of the places suggested to us by Luke. We had the hot springs all to ourselves! Four wheel drive is helpful to travel in the area on the rocky roads. Washing machine was appreciated as was lying in the hammocks on a lazy afternoon/evening. Glad to support this small permaculture farm!

We love the place! We were going for one night and ended up staying 3 because we were so comfortable and the place was so beautiful, a very comfortable and nice design, the water was super hot! The unbeatable view, the place is much better than in the photos

Nice secluded spot up on the mountain, good location if you’re looking for a true off grid experience. Very accurate to the listing, and the message sent of warnings of it being a jungle experience with bugs and a hike to get to. Definitely wouldn’t recommend trying to lug a suitcase or a lot of goods up to the treehouse. We did a river hike from the base camp with waterfalls and swimming pools that was the highlight of our two week trip. It’s an interesting place you’d be hard pressed to match elsewhere. Only negatives aren’t on the host or the property, if members of your group struggle with terrain they may have difficulty reaching the house. A decent 4x4 is also required to climb the hill as others have noted. We did see monkeys, snakes, and a ton of different birds. I would recommend to any adventure seekers.

My experience at Ecoluma was simply incredible. From the moment I arrived, the calm and natural atmosphere made me feel at home. This is the ideal place if you are looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and connect with nature, all while enjoying exceptional comfort. The room was perfectly prepared: clean, comfortable and with a decoration that highlighted the beauty and detail. The customer service was also first class, very friendly, flexible and always willing to help. I definitely plan to return, even if it's just for one night, to disconnect and enjoy the peace that this wonderful place offers.

The cabaña is in a beautiful and quiet location, surrounded by plants, flowers, birds, mountains, and rainbows.
