Very close to the shopping area of Via Cola di Rienzo and Via del Corso. The apartment consists of a double bedroom with a bathroom with a shower and whirlpool tub, a large living room with a large sofa and a double sofa bed, a dining table and a large kitchen equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine and microwave. The apartment has 2 TVs and Wi-Fi internet, independent heating and central air conditioning in all rooms. Check-in time is quite flexible; you need to arrange your arrival time in advance by email or Whatsapp. Check-out is by 10 a.m. I'll send you instructions on how to pick up the keys. The building does not have an elevator. The Borgo district is a quiet and elegant area within walking distance of St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums as well as the great shopping street Cola di Rienzo, which connects the historic center of Rome, Piazza del Popolo, with the Vatican. Our residence is a few meters from the Ottaviano metro stop, with which you can easily reach all the attractions of the Eternal City. A stone's throw from the Colosseum

Apartment in the trendy Monti district, ten minutes walk from the Colosseum. It is located at the 1st floor (the one above the ground floor) and there is no lift. It consist in two rooms: a bedroom and a living / dining room with kitchen and a sofa bed. Fridge, cooker, washing machine, fan, WiFi, a safe in the Bedroom, Air Conditioning (CAVEAT, should it break down and cannot be fixed immediately, will be replaced by fans), etc. Monti district is very lively, not suitable for light sleepers.
