VILLA AGNESE Villa Agnese is within walking distance from the historical centre of Sarnano, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy. Its privileged location, 530 metres above sea level, in the Sibillini National Park, offers stunning views of the surrounding village and hills. The centre can be reached in five minutes and a large variety of delicious specialties can be found at the local stores. For those who prefer relaxing in the shade of a luscious garden, there are games such as a ping-pong table, foos-ball, and a barbecue where you can enjoy all kinds of meat or vegetables available at the local market or in the many butcher’s in the village. In the villa, which has been recently restored in the style of an old country house dating back to the beginning of the nineteenth century, comprises two identical large apartments (170 sq. meters wide), located at ground and first floor. In each flat all modern facilities are available, and the spacious dining room (85 sq. metres wide) from where you have direct access to the garden (ground floor) or a wonderful view of the village, is ideal for big groups or large families (up to 10 people) wanting to experience the beauties of this oasis of quietness. Sarnano and its close back country are offer a large variety of cultural, artistic, culinary, and sport events. We are located in the south of Marche near Fermo and Ascoli Piceno, among the olive trees and the organic vineyard of Casale Biancopecora di Massimo and Michela, a structure entirely recovered with principles of organic construction and seismic resistance, the views as far as the eye can see in the wonderful countryside of central Italy and the Sibillini Mountains. Only 27 km from the sea of Porto San Giorgio. The apartments have been renovated using the original old materials of the house with all the modern comforts.

The green heart of our Residence, a combination of wood and stone, makes the Ametista house unique and fascinating. A double bedroom, a large living room with two sofas (one bed), air conditioning, full bathroom. It has a perfect terrace for an open-air aperitif with breathtaking views (perhaps after a swim in the pool or a sauna!). The common areas allow you to enjoy the peace of the place and to satisfy the view with a suggestive landscape that will brighten the days of your stay.

We have three separate apartments overlooking Lake San Ruffino and a beautiful view of the Sibillini Mountains. The view of the lake is accompanied by the sound of the animals that inhabit it and the surrounding nature. The place is an oasis of peace: it's suitable for those who love nature and want tranquility. There are several species of birds and it is the ideal place for those who love to photograph. The accommodation does not have a kitchen but there is a small refrigerator.

The country farm, surrounded by olive trees and centuries-old oaks, will be all for you just 25 minutes from the sea and an hour from the Sassotetto ski slopes. Ideal for couples or families looking for relaxation, our house is immersed in a silence of yesteryear. You are a 10-minute drive from Macerata and half an hour from the beaches. The space will be at your exclusive disposal. We have a Home Theater with HiFi system. A wood-burning oven is available upon request.

Enjoy nature 400 meters from the central square of Ascoli. You'll arrive downtown with a walk. House with garden overlooking the river and Papal Paperboard. Quiet and peaceful place. You will be greeted by the warmth of the rustic environment of a typical Italian house, built by my grandfather in 1922, with exposed stone masonry. The Castellano River, easily accessible on foot, is perfect for a walk in any season or a cool summer swim. We look forward to seeing you!

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

Easily reachable in 15 minutes Fabriano, in 20 minutes the beautiful caves of Frasassi, in 30 minutes Gubbio and in 60 minutes Senigallia or the Bay of Conero, in 20 minutes the ducal city of Camerino.
