Belvedere Testaccio Apartment

AdrianRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was my first Airbnb in Italy as I usually stay in hotels. The apartment , located in an old building in the Testaccio neighborhood is on the top floor and is clean and modern with good air conditioning and a rooftop view. This is one of the best foodie neighborhoods in Rome with the nearby market, and venerable restaurants such as Bucatino (great cacio pepe) and Piatto Romano (amazing carbonara, fried baby artichokes , great wine list). You are walking distance from Trastevere with its lively bars and restaurants. This apartment is new and clean and Andrea is very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommended! I'll come back soon hopefully!

Characteristic apartment in Testaccio

SeanRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My mother and I had a wonderful stay at Sandra’s place. The apartment is very cute, clean and well-equipped. The location was perfect for us, as it was easily walkable from major sites, Trestevere, the train station just a few minutes walk and bus stops within a couple of blocks. We had an issue with our cell carrier coming from the USA and could not communicate our location for check-in once we left the airport. Sandra was very understanding and gracious. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

Comfort Apartment with Terrace in Rome | Terrestre

AshleyRating, 5 stars3 days ago
The team served us really well :) Allowed us to check in way earlier because it was so hot outside. Gave us 2 cute wallets as welcome gifts. The unit is situated in a safe neighborhood with families around. Restaurants & supermarkets at every corner. Short walk to bus/tram/underground stop that takes you straight to all the main attractions within 20 mins. It was clean, spacious, and beyond my expectations! If I’m ever back in Rome, will be sure to stay here again. Thanks to the lovely team!

Porticus Testaccio | Studio Rome | Testaccio

MichaelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was a wonderful base for your visit to Rome. The apartment is very well equipped, was perfectly clean and is located in the lovely neighbourhood of Testaccio. We absolutely adored Testaccio, which has lots of lovely restaurants and is generally a quieter neighbourhood that is not too far from the main Rome attractions, but away from all of the tourist busy-ness. We had such a fun and relaxing time at this apartment!

Rome N6_2 bedrooms home walk to metro & sights

FrançoisRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Practical and comfortable apartment, with neat decoration. 10-minute walk to the metro. Everything is very well explained, very good communication. You can hear the street a little in the rooms, but it's okay. There is air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and in the living room.

Trastevere for you | Balcony & Kitchen

SantiagoRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The place is located in the residential area of Trastevere, you don't have the madness next door, but it is very close to all the restaurants and places to enjoy. Perfect for visiting Rome for the first time, Miguel is super proactive and helped us with everything.

Kiara Apt. Trastevere

ChaseRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Truly one of the greatest airbnbs we have ever stayed in! It was incredibly clean, spacious and we felt right at home. Location was perfect and safe — not loud or too busy and extremely close to the tram to go sight seeing and into the centre of the city (very quick tram ride too!) Local cafes, restaurants and bars just steps away from the apartment. Chiara was an amazing host — quick to respond, allowed us to check in early, sent us many local recommendations and tips right after we checked in and was quick to respond to any questions we had! I highly recommend staying at Chiaras airbnb, we will definitely be back!!

I found Giancarmo’s place very peaceful and restful. A lovely balcony to sit and enjoy coffee. Very friendly locals in the area. There was some work being done on the apartment below which was loud at points and a loud family above.

beautiful penthouse in the center of Rome

ChrisRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. This level of personalized service made our trip so much smoother an

myhome in the lovely Trastevere

SharonRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Our family of five - four adults and one teen - liked the location. We walked about two blocks to get to a “forno “ (a bakery ) for breakfast items. We never looked for a grocery for other meals because we had other plans and were away from just after breakfast until 9 pm. Having two full bathrooms for five people was great. My husband and I slept in the “ pull- down from the wall” bed (American queen-size) and my children stayed in the other bedroom in three single beds. My son reports that the mattresses in that room were softer than other European hotel rooms (he has stayed in MANY) and he appreciated that and slept very well. The children appreciated that the room had room darkening shades. The main living area, where the pull-down bed was, had room darkening shades, too, which are very necessary. The a/c worked well. For Americans, the washer/dryer was mystifying-it has a very small capacity and I could never figure out how to make it dry clothes, so I had to hang them up to dry.

Romantic suite in Campo de' Fiori

Glória MariaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We love our stay in the apartment! The location is excellent, next to the Campo de' Fiori market, bus stops and several attractions such as Piazza Navona, Roman Forum, Chiesa di Sant'Ignazio di Loyola and Fontana di Trevi, all within walking distance. Several dining options around and a water fountain nearby. The apartment is quiet, clean, comfortable and had a great bathtub to relax in after a day exploring Rome. The host was very attentive and made us feel very comfortable. The only thing we missed were slightly better amenities (shampoo, conditioner and soap), I recommend bringing your own as you will miss it, but overall it was an excellent experience. We recommend it!

Plutohouse Roma

MinjinRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Fabio was very responsive, and the place was wonderful. it truly felt like home. We had a comfortable stay, and the location is conveniently close to the metro. One of the highlights was discovering a local shoemaker just downstairs, to the right of the door. He crafts genuine Italian leather shoes and is an incredible person with a kind, sincere heart. We bought beautiful handmade shoes from him, and it was a joy to support such dedicated local craftsmanship. Thank you to everyone, and especially to Fabio. If you visit the shoemaker, please say hello from me and tell him God bless him.

Essegihouse-Welcome from Stefano and Simona

AlRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

Panoramic Jacuzzi Suite Trastevere -TopCollection

TiaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.
