The house consists of two apartments within a wing of the Gave manor house in Sorana, a little village in the heart of Svizzera Pesciatina in Tuscany. Far from the crowd of cities, it's the right place where to escape and find relax. Admire the original wood beam ceilings and wooden fixtures while sitting around the indoor fireplace or spend a sunny afternoon out in the garden under the pergola or in the swimming pool surrounded by the olive trees terraces (airbnb.com/h/casagavenaturarelax). The apartment, with separate entrance, is composed as follows: - kitchen-living room with wood burning fireplace complete with all appliances, microwave, kettle and TV; - double bedroom with wardrobe and sofa bed. Removable baby bed available on request; - bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet. The property was completely renovated in 2017 respecting the original features, such as ceilings with chestnut beams, local stone walls, chestnut window frames and wrought iron gates. The furniture are made of wood recovered from the original beams. Outside there are a pergola covered by a wisteria where you can relax or eat and a bbq available for lunches and dinners. A ping-pong table and table football are also available. As we live next to the apartment we are available for any need of the guest. The home is in a natural setting with multiple areas for scenic hikes to enjoy. Take a trip to the amazing Lucca or to the Montecarlo vineries, or to the seaside in Versilia, have a spa day at Montecatini Terme, visit the Pinocchio Park in Collodi, and enjoy authentic cuisine at the local restaurants. Central and calm apartment

There were two of us in the accommodation and we felt very comfortable. The air conditioning in the bedroom is working perfectly. The Internet connection via WiFi also worked very well and was much better and faster compared to some hotels we have been to. Everything you need was also available in the kitchen. We didn't cook there ourselves, as there are many good restaurants in Montecatini. But we always used the kitchen for breakfast and the fridge was also relatively large with a separate freezer compartment. The bathroom and toilet are relatively small, but completely sufficient and very clean. The TV in the living room also works perfectly and you could pair it with Netflix, via the satellite receiver, but only Italian channels could be received, which was not a problem for us. From our point of view, we highly recommend the accommodation. We would book the accommodation again if necessary.

Very pleasant stay in Luca's beautiful villa! It's not easy to find, but Luca was so kind and picked us up. We didn't have breakfast, but we were always offered fresh coffee. In the living room, there is a bar where you can treat yourself to a good glass. The pool is clean, everything is super well maintained and beautifully furnished...with a lot of attention to detail. The restaurants in the small center are a culinary dream! All in all, have a great stay! Thanks!
