La vecchia fattoria dei Ferretti è divenuta un accogliente casa vacanze in campagna con due appartamenti indipendenti. L'Abitazione del Lauro, il più grande è un grande spazio su due piani con 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni ed ingresso indipendente. E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi che scegliendo questo spazio soggiorneranno poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, immersi nella natura, nella pace della campagna, circondati dagli animali selvatici del nostro grande giardino attrezzato.

Quiet Tortellini

Appartamentino con letto matrimoniale, separabile, e bagno privato. Ingresso indipendente dal giardino. Accanto al centro ma fuori ZTL. Parcheggi gratuiti nelle immediate vicinanze, sotto casa a pagamento. Non c'è cucina ma sono presenti caffettiera elettrica, frigo, bollitore, microonde e fornello elettrico, quindi un piccolo angolo cottura (attrezzato con l'occorrente per cucinare). Colazione gratuita confezionata. Aria condizionata e zanzariere :) Animali ammessi senza sovrapprezzo!

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Ca La Broca® is located in Castagnetoli, far from the chaos of the city and framed in the Teglia Valley in the wonderful lands of Lunigiana. Suitable for those looking for peace and quiet in contact with the nature that hosts the medieval village. 6 km away is the A15 exit of Pontremoli that connects La Spezia and the subsequent 5 Terre, Portovenere, Levanto and other notable tourist resorts on both the Ligurian and Tuscan sea coast in 30-40 minutes.

The house is perfect for a relaxing holiday and it is not far from the mediterranean coast and the Cinque Terre (Unesco Heritage). The house and the garden are independent and for the exclusive use of the guests.

You can easily walk within minutes of the Station and for those arriving by car and needing to park it is no more than 100 metres from the underground car park on Via Kennedy.

Cute recently renovated one-bedroom apartment located inside the historic center. Parking available on the street with daily permit at a cost of €7 per day. Alternatively, Kennedy covered parking can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The house is located in the historic center but outside the ZTLs

Located in the historic center in the Pomposa area, a few steps from the evening meeting places and the UNESCO heritage Cathedral. Dating back to the early 1800s, the house is a single dwelling on 3 floors with an internal courtyard, internal elevator and terrace between the roofs.
