From this position it is possible to see the most beautiful mountains of the Apennine ridge towards the south until you reach Monte Conero, and some typical towns of Montefeltro such as Sassocorvaro and Urbino. To the northwest is Mount Carpegna with its picturesque Ripa known as the "coast of jumps" that highlights the sandstone stratification of Mount Carpegna. It is possible to reach in a few kilometres small and important ancient villages such as San Leo, Montecerignone, Cavoleto, Frontino and many others that offer, especially in the summer, local festivals and medieval revisions for a dip in the past. The town is dominated by the majestic summit of Mount Carpegna, which shows steep slopes on this side, with thick beeches alternating with bare rock; allaround there is a varied mosaic of crops, forests and, here and there, sharp rocky spurs dominated by ancient fortresses. The ancient village is just steps away and deserves your attention. The vast territory around the house is magnificent to visit on horseback or with a beautiful walk. My stay in this accommodation was excellent. The house is immersed in a charming environment, surrounded by nature and far from the noise of the city - the ideal place to relax and regenerate. The tranquility you can breathe is priceless. The accommodation is clean, well-kept and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden has allowed us to spend carefree moments with our children. A special thank you goes to Maddalena, who is always present, extremely responsive and available for any need. They made everything even easier and more enjoyable, demonstrating great professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend this place to those looking for a peaceful escape, in a charming setting and with truly impeccable hospitality. Would go back without hesitation!

We were here with our 4 children, who were looking forward to the large garden , volleyball net and outdoor area right upon arrival after going home exploration. All rooms were simple , lovingly and very comfortably furnished. We lacked nothing and we quickly had a "holiday feeling". Licia was present from day 1 with possible ideas for day planning , but especially when we had a problem with the door, she was quickly reachable. The climbing park right next door has provided the boys with action for 2 days (pay once, double entrance ). We say thank you, thanks for the great time !
