my boyfriend and I had a great stay at Alessia and Jakob’s home. the description accurately described the place. the lovely terrace was a great addition as were able to enjoy our morning coffee, taking in the lovely view ahead of us. their home was squeaky clean and having a washer accessible was great as well. montefalco is a town with great history and having their home walking distance from the restaurants and attractions made our visit so much easier!

Lovely spacious and well maintained apartment with a creative flair located inside the historic city walls of Montefalco. The home had all the amenities we needed and the host was kind and responsive. We were so glad to stay in this lovely place. Our family was a bit jealous and will be looking to book this the next time they're in the area.

Marlene ‘s house is spectacular , the decor , amenities, location , amazing host she was always responsive and friendly, the village is a hidden gem, all walking distance from the house right at the heart of a beautiful medieval town with all the charm the area has to offer , we also enjoyed recommendations of the host a fantastic SPA steps away from the house with stunning views , a complete Wao factor to add to all the great amenities . I would highly recommend Marlene’s house for a long visit or short trip, less than two hours from Ciampino Airport the location is ideal

Beautiful apartment, both inside and outside. House fresh even in summer, very clean and very quiet. Comfortable beds. Everything is new and comfortable. Exceptionally new and pleasant linen. Small but very comfortable kitchen. The host's availability was excellent. I can't complain about anything. I didn't understand what was under the iron grills in the courtyard and I was very pleased to discover that there are the ruins of an old house, also present inside the house under a thick sheet of glass. Beautiful renovation. Convenient location. Thank you for this wonderful weekend.

We only stayed in the apartment for one night, but it was like being at home, everything was simply perfect. The apartment was cozy, spacious and super clean, as we like it 😀 Elisabetta followed us step by step before we arrived and did her best to give us access to the apartment the moment we arrived. He gave us excellent advice on Foligno for the evening, and also booked a tavern for us to enjoy the atmosphere of the moment. In short, what can I say, a perfect weekend thanks to Elisabetta.

I spent a wonderful week in this exceptionally beautiful accommodation. The apartment is extremely clean, tastefully furnished, partly with valuable antiques. There is nothing missing: the kitchen is well equipped, towels and bed linen of excellent quality, perfect WiFi and two TVs (living area & bedroom). Very practical: parking directly in front of the entrance. Outside, you can sit undisturbed in the shade or in the sun - ideal for relaxing. The warmth of Laura and her family was overwhelming. They were always helpful, patient with my imperfect Italian, and we got along wonderfully. The location is ideal for discovering Spoleto and many places in beautiful Umbria on day trips. I was very sad to have to leave again - my time there was so beautiful. I would love to come back and can highly recommend this accommodation, even for longer stays. Thank you very much, dear Laura!

Perfect location for discovering Umbria. Directly on the square. But still quiet because Montefalco is very small and relaxing, and the bedroom window is on the other side. Many wonderful restaurants nearby. We recommend Via di Mezzo❤️. You usually need to book many months in advance. But we knocked on the door in the afternoon and they found us a table for the same evening🤸‍♂️. The highlight of the holiday🥰. Rita is very kind, responds quickly and let us into the apartment early, and has many tips, for example this restaurant. For us, the perfect apartment in the best village in Umbria😍. The only mistake: we were angry that we didn't stay a few more days😅.

The apartment is located in a medieval village right in the heart of Montefalco. The environment is cozy,clean, thoughtful details. Francesco the owner was very kind and helpful. Despite our late night arrival, she waited for us and accompanied us to the accommodation. Highly recommended!
