The suite special feature is its fireplace. Featuring a private entrance, this air-conditioned suite consists of 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower and a bidet. In the fully-equipped kitchen, guests will find a cooking surface, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. The spacious suite provides a flat-screen TV, soundproof walls, a tea and coffee maker as well as an inner courtyard view. The Suite has 1 king bed, 1 single sofa bed and 1 king sofa bed.

A period residence in the heart of the historic center of Assisi, convenient for getting around on foot with free on-site parking. The house includes a large dining room with a view of the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, and two bedrooms with two private bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and a shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi, television, and heating.

La Dimora di Gilda è una moderna dependance composta da un saloncino con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, una camera da letto (anch'essa matrimoniale) ed un bagno privato. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.

The house has been completely renovated and is located in the very first suburbs, a short walk from the historic center of Foligno and the Gonzaga Barracks, reachable by car in just 3/5 minutes, on foot in 15 minutes and 8 minutes by bike. Just 20 minutes by car you can reach Rasiglia 'the little Umbrian Venice', Trevi, Bevagna, Montefalco, Campello sul Clitunno, Assisi, Spoleto.

Also reachable by bus. Tourist tax is of € 2/3person per day to be paid upon arrival.
