Giacomo ci ha accolte di persona e ci ha accompagnate a casa, anche la mamma reattiva e disponibilissima. Ottimi i dolcetti di benvenuto, appartamento curato nei minimi dettagli, consigliato il ristorante "Il borgo" Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Appartamento e host consigliatissimi.

Es war eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit unfassbar tollem Ausblick auf den See und Sonnenuntergang. Die Küche hat mir am besten gefallen, besonders der große Gasherd. Auch unser Hund wurde herzlich mit einer Schale Wasser und Futter empfangen. Der Ort ist romantisch und fußläufig erreichbar mit viel Gastronomie, die Strandpromenade des Sees ist gepflegt und unser Hund war überall willkommen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in Herzen der „Civita de Bagnoregio“. Es gibt einen Parkplatz für 5€ und der Weg zu Fuß dauert in etwa 20 Minuten bis zum zentralen Platz. Die Wohnung ist super edel und toll ausgestattet. Wenn man aus der Tür tritt ist man direkt im Geschehen, trotzdem ist es Nachts ruhig, da die Besucher*innen dann das Dorf verlassen. Wir empfehlen einen Erkundungsspaziergang am frühen Abend mit Sonnenuntergang, da am Vormittag alles voller touris ist. Es war ein unbeschreiblich schönes Erlebnis und lohnt sich definitiv - auch nur für eine Nacht.

The beautiful home that Flavia and her parents, Fabio and Antonella, rent is absolutely wonderful. The view is breathtaking and the home carefully furnished with antique furniture that adds to the charm and beauty. Amelia is a lovely and peaceful town that everyone should visit! Flavia and her parents are the best -- friendly, responsive and just warm and lovely people. When I visit and see them, it's like seeing dear friends. Their place is the best!

We had the most wonderful stay at the apartment! Sergio was there to greet us on arrival, was kind enough to help with our bags, and shared some local places to eat with us. The apartment is pristine, bright, and spacious with lovely furnishings and very comfortable beds! Kitted out with everything we needed. We spent a lazy morning on the terrace overlooking the hills, fresh coffee in hand! A very peaceful and quiet spot but close enough to shops and restaurants and the pretty town of Todi. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

L'appartamento è in un paese tranquillo e silenzioso, lontano dal traffico veicolare, immerso in una natura ancora incontaminata e con dintorni splendidi da visitare. Merita un'attenzione decisamente particolare il paese di Sant'Angelo (il paese delle fiabe) a pochissima distanza da Roccalvecce, dove quasi tutte le facciate del paese hanno murales con soggetti tratti dalle fiabe, da vedere assolutamente!

Consigliatissimo! La casa è molto curata e di recente ristrutturazione. Ha numerosi comfort ed è come stare a casa propria. Leonardo è stato molto disponibile e le indicazioni che ha fornito sono state molto chiare.

토스카나 지역 중 남단에 위치해있어 피렌체에서 거리가 멀어 처음에는 좀 망설였으나 숙소사진을 보니 시설이 너무 좋아서 예약을 하였다. 도착하니 상주직원이 친절하게 체크인을 도와주고 설명해주었다. 주차장도 따로 있고 계절이 일러 수영은 못했지만 훌륭한 야외 수영장도 있었다. 객실 문을 여는 순간 펼쳐진 토스카나의 아름다운 풍경에 우리는 감탄을연발하였다. 끼안티 와인이 웰컴드링크로 준비되어 있었고 모든 시설은 너무 훌륭하고 두 커플이 쓰기에 완벽하였다. 저녁에는 근처에 있는 미쉘린 two star레스토랑인 Castello di Fighine Rostorante 에 갔다. 깜깜한 비포장 산길로 15분쯤 가서 언덕 위에 있는 성에 레스토랑이 있었다. 과연 미쉘린 레스토랑답게 음식과 서비스는 너무 훌륭하였다. 결론적으로 이 숙소에 하루 밖에 못 머문 것이 너무 아쉬웠으며 다음에 와서 꼭 여유롭게 머물고 싶었다.

Nell'appartamento di Maria Ida e Alessandro ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. C'era tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno e molto spazio oer due persone. La terrazza e il balconcino erano comunque i nostri posti preferiti per sederci all'aria fresca e sentire il canto degli uccellini. Alessandro e' stato di un ospitalita' e disponibilita' squisita. Torneremo volentieri.

La casa affaccia su una vallata bellissima, a strapiombo sulle rupi e sulle mura di Amelia. Le rondini sfrecciano vicino alla finestra...una vista meravigliosa. L'appartamento è pulitissimo e arredato con gusto. Marco è stato gentilissimo e disponibile a darci info su tutto quanto poteva esserci utile. Ad Amelia siamo stati trattati benissimo e ci siamo sentiti " coccolati ". Abbiamo anche avuto dal Comune molte informazioni utili su come trascorrere al meglio il nostro soggiorno , comprese indicazioni sui più bei siti da visitare , sia a livello naturalistico che culturale

Cristina est une hôte très accueillante et chaleureuse. Elle est au petit soin avec les locataires. L’appartement est magnifique et bien équipé. La vue de la terrasse est a coupé le souffle. L’endroit se trouve en pleine campagne proche des bois. Mon compagnon et moi-même adorons nous mettre sur la terrasse pour écouter le bruit des animaux en soirée. C’était un séjour de 10 jours fabuleux. ☺️

Piera e Fabio persone squisite. Sempre disponibili, cordiali e di supporto. Alloggio dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, pulito, ordinato e in una posizione strategica per raggiungere velocemente diversi luoghi di interesse: Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Trevi, Montefalco, Bevagna etc. Consigliatissimo. Huisje Uliviu was een geweldige accomodatie, ruim en proper. Wanneer we iets nodig hadden werden we dadelijk verder geholpen. De ligging was ideaal om de mooiste bezienswaardigheden, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... te bezoeken. Vanuit het huisje heb je mooie fiets-en wandelroutes. Supermarkt in Marsciano vlakbij. Wat het huis zo attractief maakt is het mooie en groot zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht over de vallei en heuvels. Volledige rust vindt je hier. Wij ontmoetten de hele familie, sympathiek en hartelijk. interessant ook om naar hun verhalen te luisteren. De grootouders van Tommaso wonen ter plaatse, wat een actieve grootmoeder zeg. Vele groeten aan allen, en misschien tot nog eens.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad op onze fietsreis naar Rome in de studio van Fabio. Grote, mooie ruimte met prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels. Fabio zorgde dat onze fietsen 200m verderop veilig in een garage konden staan. De e-bike kon daar opladen. Fabio hielp zelfs de bagage de trap op te dragen vanaf de straat naar de studio. Zijn aanbeveling voor een restaurant beviel erg goed. Amelia is een prachtig stadje en we komen graag nog eens terug, in de studio van Fabio!

We had a fabulous 3 night stay at Salverio’s apartment deep within the old town of Viterbo. The apartment was located in a beautiful tiny piazza and was perfect for our stay with a terrace that afforded a wonderful view of Viterbo and the surrounding countryside. Saverio was the most responsive helpful host that I have met during many years as an Airbnb guest. He allowed us an early check in. Gave very clear instructions on how to get into the apartment. When we met he very kindly drove us to a shop out of the walls to help me out with an issue with my walking poles. He even organised our bus and train connections to Assisi and drove us to the bus station. Above and beyond! I would definitely recommend Saverio’s apartment in beautiful Viterbo as a base. We wish we had been able to stay longer

La casa è veramente bella e pulita, in una posizione comoda a due passi dal centro con facile parcheggio. Riccardo è stato un host perfetto e molto disponibile , un ragazzo alla mano, e ci ha dato molti consigli su dove mangiare e cosa fare.

Ottima esperienza. La ricostruzione della stanza medioevale e la creatività di Marco vi stupiranno. Questo soggiorno è ideale se cercate qualche cosa di veramente speciale

I don't think you can find a better place to stay, hotel or otherwise, in the surrounding area. So glad we decided to go the Airbnb route instead of the hotel route. For the cost, this place is absolutely huge. The pool, hot tub, and wine cellar are just icing on the cake. The place has the best view of the Umbrian countryside you can imagine. Valeria (your local concierge) was extremely helpful in planning and booking our winery tour day. I will be dreaming of this place until I am able to return. 5 stars across the board, I will never stay anywhere else in the area.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage in der Nähe des idyllischen Ortes Sorano. Gepflegte, weitläufige Anlage mit guter Parkmöglichkeit. Das Appartement ist groß und in einen Schlaf- und Wohnbereich unterteilt. Die Appartements im Untergeschoss haben eine kleine Grünfläche für den ungestörten Aufenthalt draußen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf Wünsche wird eingegangen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit schattige huisje met prachtig uitzicht! We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de zus van Michele. We kregen nog leuke tips om te doen in de omgeving. Ook de ouders, die op het erf wonen, waren ( net als de zus) erg vriendelijk, vrolijk en behulpzaam. Ze hebben zelfs kleding voor ons gewassen. Bedden slapen lekker. Alle nodige spullen zijn aanwezig. We raden de accommodatie van Michele ten zeerste aan.

Estancia agradable. No tiene cocina con lo que dependes de la restauración del lugar y limita para estancias largas. Nosotros nos quedamos una noche así que perfecto

la casa è pulitissima e molto accogliente con una magnifica vasca idromassaggio per 2 su una vetrata panoramica dalla quale si riesce a vedere anche la famosa statua MOAI Luciana è stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito tante utili informazioni per visitare al meglio la zona. la casa è comoda e fornita di tutto perfino i caricabatterie sul comodino. Vitorchiano già bella di per se' è un ottima soluzione per visitare Bomarzo, il paese delle fiabe, Celleno e il suo borgo Fantasma tutte interessantissime tappe consigliate da Luciana sulla strada per andare a Civita di Bagnoregio, Consigli di cui abbiamo fatto tesoro e che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più interessante . consigliatissimo
