If you are looking for the perfect spot for adults and kids, this villa is your place! My family and I had an amazing stay at Antonia’s villa. We had 3 families, including 5 kids aged 1 to 5. The villa is spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Well equipped for children, including all the amenities you would need for young ones. The pool and lounge area overlook a breathtaking view! The animals were a big hit for the children, along with the fruit trees. Adrian brought a smile every morning bringing us fresh eggs, providing food for the animals (for the kids to feed), attending to the pool and grounds, and making sure we had everything we needed. We had Roberta cook us a 5 course meal one night, and the experience was amazing, authentic fresh Italian food enjoyed by all! Antonia is absolutely lovely, we met with her to purchase some of their olive oil. She made us feel at home and was great to communicate with! We had a dream vacation in Italy thanks to Antonia’s!

We had a wonderful vacation in Anna`s beautiful place. The house was beautiful, clean and homely. Garden was beautiful and private and swimmingpoolarea was excellent. We enjoyed the peaceful environment so much. The view from the hill was amazing. We made several trips to different beautiful toscanian villages and visited also prehistorical museum in Cetona and archeological park in Belverde. In Piazze there is a supermarket Coop, bakery, wine shop and wonderful restaurant. In the restaurant the food was excellent and owners (husband is italian and wife is from Belgium) are very friendly. We had nice talks with them. Anna was so nice, helpful and warm person. We recommend warmly this place for everyone!

The house is gorgeous, extremely comfortable and welcoming but not fussy or cluttered. Spotless, with high quality linens and tasteful furniture/decor. The kitchen is better than the pictures show, and we cooked quite a bit during our stay. The bedrooms were perfect for us, my sister had the upstairs suite and I had the queen bedroom next to my two daughters in two twin beds. The grounds are stunning. We were too early in the season to use the pool, but the hillside, valley, and olive trees were straight out of a storybook. We were all sad to leave!

Wonderful and scenic beautiful accommodations in a peaceful and serene surroundings. Pool on our doorsteps and felt like we had it all to ourselves, there flying swifts and surrounded by nature. The apartment had everything we needed - a well equipped kitchen, nice smelling soft towels. Cristina was an amazing and friendly host, super helpful and answered any questions we had. And we had a lot. She provided us with a steamer for us to iron our clothes for a wedding we were attending for our stay. She was clear and flexible and allowed us to extend an extra night last minute. We would love to come come back and stay again. We highly recommend this place 🤍

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

the house is immersed in the greenery of Vallalta in the most natural silence spacious house, clean with fireplace, great for 4 people garden and outdoor space used at its best with BBQ and pool Benedetta, the host of the home, knows how to do her best we had a great time i recommend the location for a relaxing and wellness stay surrounded by greenery

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Beautiful place! Super cozy and clean apartment! Anna welcomed us with a welcome basket with some products from the farm. Always clean pool, well-kept lawn. We ate eggs from his hens and zucchini from his garden. 5 minutes away, a well-stocked coop for any need. We woke up to the sound of birds... a truly relaxing and regenerating weekend. We will definitely be back!!!

Wow. Just wow. This is paradise on earth, and I wish I would never go home. The house and surroundings are just more stunning than any picture can show. Kids friendly, family friendly, stunning surroundings, near great restaurants, and supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive, and they have a maintenance person fixing everything you need. I will definitely come back with my family. Very, very, very recommendable.

The house overall was great, we had the whole area gor ourselfes with a lot of fruit-trees arround with the pool as a highlight. The furniture is a bit basic but nothing to worry about. Also the communication with our host was quick and helpful. Just the access road was a bit more offroad than expected. But we would visit again!!

We were a group of 4 families with little children between 2-10 years old. The outdoor pool and area are wonderful. The house is divided in many areas, apartments each with their own bathroom, which made it easier for us having private space when needed. We loved the surroundings, and explored the little villages not more than 20 minutes away. The owners were very helpful and made us feel at home. We definitely recommend this place, especially if you are a big group with children. We hope to come visit again.

The house was perfect, there is lots to do in the surrounding areas. We had a lovely welcome package from Giorgio who was so friendly and helpful. We look forward to coming back :)

There were toilets and showers in each room, so it was very comfortable and nice. The surrounding environment is very quiet and there is a large parking lot, so it is comfortable and nice. The supermarket was also close by. The large kitchen and table and enough comfortable chairs were well prepared. We will definitely recommend our friends and family to stay here if we have the chance to visit Rome. I rested comfortably for 3 days in a very good place. Thank you to the hosts who kindly guided us and helped us. I want to see them again.

Great house with great garden and pool! Only note was that there is only ac in one of the four bedrooms so it was quite warm indoors.

Amazing vill in a lovely Town!

we had such a nice stay at this wonderful place. so much space, in the house, the garden and the pool. someone came early in the mornings and took care of the pool and the trash. we loved the kitchen the most, perfect for cooking together. filippo was a nice host and very friendly. we only had some noise around midday, maybe some field/ construction work. but all in all we had a magical time. thank you so much for this :)
