Giacomo welcomed us in person and accompanied us to the house, even the mother was responsive and very helpful. Excellent welcome treats, apartment with attention to the smallest details, the restaurant "Il borgo" is recommended Great value for money. Highly recommended apartment and host.

It was a lovingly furnished apartment with an incredibly great view of the lake and sunset. I liked the kitchen the best, especially the large gas stove. Our dog was also warmly welcomed with a bowl of water and food. The place is romantic and within walking distance with lots of restaurants, the beach promenade of the lake is well maintained and our dog was welcome everywhere. I'm sure we'll be back!

Beautiful accommodation in the heart of the "Civita de Bagnoregio". There is a parking lot for €5 and the walk to the central square takes about 20 minutes. The apartment is super classy and well equipped. When you step out the door, you are right in the middle of the action, but it is quiet at night, as the visitors then leave the village. We recommend an early evening walk at sunset, as everything is full of tourists in the morning. It was an indescribably beautiful experience and is definitely worth it - even for just one night.

The beautiful home that Flavia and her parents, Fabio and Antonella, rent is absolutely wonderful. The view is breathtaking and the home carefully furnished with antique furniture that adds to the charm and beauty. Amelia is a lovely and peaceful town that everyone should visit! Flavia and her parents are the best -- friendly, responsive and just warm and lovely people. When I visit and see them, it's like seeing dear friends. Their place is the best!

The apartment is in a quiet and peaceful village, far from vehicular traffic, surrounded by unspoiled nature and with beautiful surroundings to visit. The town of Sant'Angelo (the town of fairy tales) deserves special attention, a short distance from Roccalvecce, where almost all the facades of the town have murals with subjects taken from fairy tales, a must-see!

Highly recommended! The house is very well maintained and recently renovated. It has numerous amenities and is like being at home. Leonardo was very helpful and the directions he provided were very clear.

I spent a weekend in Andrea's apartment and everything was magnificent! The apartment is well furnished, new and above all impeccably clean. It has everything you need and has a beautiful garden where you can enjoy a pleasant breakfast. The location is also perfect, on the main street of the village with bars and restaurants and a short walk from Lake Bolsena, I could not have asked for better! Andrea was a fantastic host, extremely kind, very responsive, always available to help us and meet our needs. I 100% recommend staying at Andrea's, I'll definitely be back!

Daniela was a perfect host providing great ingormation and answering all our questions. Nazareno our onsite host was equally accomodating and was available at all times to answer questions offer advice and became more like a friend, along with his cannine friend Kira. We would highly recommend Borgo Monte Lagello to anyone looking for a peaceful location in Umbria with amazing views and all the aminities you could wish for, in close proximity to numerous attractions in Umbria.

The house overlooks a beautiful valley, overlooking the ruins and walls of Amelia. The swallows flash by the window...a wonderful view. The apartment is super clean and tastefully furnished. Marco was very kind and available to give us information about everything we could use. In Amelia we were treated very well and felt " pampered ". We also had a lot of useful information from the Municipality on how to make the most of our stay , including directions to the most beautiful sites to visit , both at a naturalistic and cultural level

We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

This place is so beautiful.It has the most beautiful scenery and friendly service staff.We delayed our check-out, and the staff gave us a lot of flexibility to rest and use the facilities. It's very, very beautiful here, whether it's the equipment, decoration, environment, scenery, it's very stunning, it's worth it, it's very, very good.

We had the most wonderful stay at the apartment! Sergio was there to greet us on arrival, was kind enough to help with our bags, and shared some local places to eat with us. The apartment is pristine, bright, and spacious with lovely furnishings and very comfortable beds! Kitted out with everything we needed. We spent a lazy morning on the terrace overlooking the hills, fresh coffee in hand! A very peaceful and quiet spot but close enough to shops and restaurants and the pretty town of Todi. House Uliviu was a great accommodation, spacious and clean. When we needed something, we were immediately helped. The location was ideal to visit the most beautiful sights, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... From the cottage, you have beautiful cycling and hiking routes. Supermarket in Marsciano nearby. What makes the house so attractive is the beautiful and large swimming pool with a beautiful view over the valley and hills. You will find complete peace here. We met the whole family, sympathetic and warm. Interesting also to listen to their stories. Tommaso's grandparents live on site, which is what an active grandmother says. Great location to explore the surrounding villages. With magnificent views over the valley with Assisi, Spello, Trevi and many other places in the background. The apartment is very nicely divided and furnished and a really pleasant rest to relax after the excursions. If we stay in Umbria again, it will certainly be our accommodation again.

We had a nice stay on our bike trip to Rome in Fabio's studio. Large, beautiful space with beautiful views over the hills. Fabio made sure that our bikes could be safely parked in a garage 200m away. The e-bike could charge there. Fabio even helped carry the luggage up the stairs from the street to the studio. His recommendation for a restaurant was very good. Amelia is a beautiful town and we would love to come back, in Fabio's studio!

Perfect stay with romantic jacuzzi! We stayed in this property and we really enjoyed ourselves. The house is very clean and well cared for, with a welcoming atmosphere. The hot tub was the highlight: spacious, well-functioning and incredibly relaxing, perfect for a moment of pampering. The adjustable TV is also adorable, comfortable both from the bed and from the bathtub, ideal for movie nights without sacrificing comfort. The balcony was a pleasant surprise, especially for those who love a cigarette break without having to go downstairs. The bed was very comfortable and the parking was easy to find. Highly recommended for couples looking for relaxation and a touch of romance! We will definitely be back. 🌟

Perfect for families. There’s a childrens shallow pool, a normal pool (with bar next to it). Large beautiful gardens. Great playground and bbq area. The house also has a little private garden. A great set up. Even better than the photos and info. High recommend.

It’s a fantastic location and everything you could imagine from dreams of Tuscany. The house was perfect and the birdlife and pool fabulous.

We loved our stay at this cute cottage with beautiful views! We were kindly welcomed by Michele's sister. We got some fun tips to do in the area. The parents, who live in the yard, were ( just like the sister) very friendly, cheerful and helpful. They even washed clothes for us. Beds sleep well. All necessary items are provided. We would highly recommend Michele's property.

Pleasant stay. It has no kitchen, so you depend on the restaurant of the place and it is limited for long stays. We stayed one night, so it was perfect

Antonio is one of the best hosts we have met as he was always friendly and responsive to all our needs. The house was clean and fully equipped with everything. Neighbourhood is quiet, peaceful and always enough space to park your vehicle. Would definitely choose Antionio's place again!

the house is very clean and very cozy with a magnificent hot tub for 2 on a panoramic window from which you can also see the famous MOAI Luciana statue was very kind and provided us with a lot of useful information to make the most of the area. The house is comfortable and equipped with everything even the chargers on the bedside table. Vitorchiano is already beautiful in itself. It is an excellent solution to visit Bomarzo, the village of fairy tales, Celleno and its Phantom village, all very interesting stops recommended by Luciana on the way to go to Civita di Bagnoregio, tips that we have treasured and that have made our stay even more interesting . highly recommended

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.
