An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. The rooms are small but very cozy, can comfortably accommodate 2 people + possibly 1 person (double sofa bed). The property is located in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, 15 km from the Pietra di Bismantova, 2 km from the swimming pool and the castle of Carpineti, surrounded by numerous nature trails.
