For those of you who are not interested in loads of space, we offer a small (14 sqm) but cosy and well equipped studio for your stay in Rome. We have renovated a former wash house and transformed it into a modern and refined pied à terre with AC, WI-FI and usb wall ports, your comfort being our main concern. Our studio is located in Villa Certosa, a friendly neighborhood (almost a small town) in Rome, 15 mins by tram from Termini Station and 15 mins on foot from the popular Pigneto.

It is a very old square whose memories can be dated to Roman times. The house, located inside Palazzo Coccanari, a historic building from the middle of the sixteenth century, has been recently renovated, maintaining, however, the historical signs, to make our guests taste an atmosphere of the past.
