The only room shared (with us) is the laundry room which is in a separate room. The free parking is on the street (20 meters from the door of the house) There is no garden but you can sit outside maybe for a drink.

The place is amazingly cute, with all the amenities and equipment you could need. We loved having our breakfast in the small balcony with the beautiful view! When we found the wine fridge, we got a little carried away trying to fill it up, but that's part of a vacation in Italy. As a foreigner, the only uncomfortable thing we found was the parking. If you are used to narrow streets and are able to maneuver as a local, you will be fine! Our car's proximity sensors, however, were screaming every time we were going out. We had a great time here. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely stunning, authentically Italian cottage in the mountains of Tuscany. Rosella was a fantastic and welcoming host. A great spot for exploring Tuscany. The only drawback was the very steep hill - pack your trainers/ walking shoes.

Relaxing Old Farmhouse in Tuscany

Tiziana gave us a friendly welcome in the village 3 hours before the actual arrival time and guided us to the house. The journey takes some "getting used to" as the house is very remote and can only be reached via a narrow gravel path. The house itself is wonderfully surrounded by olive trees on the slope. Everything you need is available in the house; it is clean and you can feel comfortable and relax. If we are planning another trip to Tuscany, we will certainly take the house of Tiziana and her family back in the closer selection. We had a lovely time.

"Le Casette" Vacation Home

I'm having trouble squeezing all the great things we experienced during our week at Le Casette in a short review. It's the most amazing peaceful location, while you still have the chance to have an absolutely tasty dinner in the town in the valley. You have the chance to go on a picturesque hike, starting from the house, and then arrive back and chill on the terrace with your carbonara and prosecco while fireflies light up the forest. It's just... perfect. Marco is a super nice host, but really, everyone we met up there was just so kind, you are greeted with Italian hospitality at its best here. We got valuable recommendations for activities and Marco is the most responsive host I ever met. The house itself is a jewellery box, such nice details and we found it very comfy and spacious. Embrace the Panda and take a chance on this gem of an accommodation. :)

Our stay went very well. The accommodation is very nice and totally matches what we were told. Antonietta, the person who received us and who very kindly responded to our requests, is very friendly. We had a very relaxing holiday in this place surrounded by nature, which offers magnificent sea views. From this place, you can easily reach very interesting places like Sant'Anna di Stazzema, Camaiore, Pietrasanta, the Cinque Terre and many more. We will be very happy to return to this place that we recommend.

Santa Lucia Suite with sea view

We were there in August, the cottage has a beautiful garden with a large terrace with great views of the valley and sea, which was always shaded thanks to the plant-covered pergola, so you could endure it very well here all day. The garage below the terrace is perfect for a not too big car as there is otherwise little parking due to the popular restaurant nearby and location on the mountain. The equipment of the kitchen is fine, there is a large grill for the outdoor area, a washing machine and dishwasher. The wifi worked well everywhere in the house. The water in the hot tub was no longer quite fresh when we arrived, but was replaced immediately. The wide public beach is about 30 min by car. The staff at the agency were very friendly and helpful and always responded very quickly to requests. We can definitely imagine coming back.
