This villa and trullo from 1780, named trullo Fedele Bonotto, have been fully restored but still sit among the centuries-old olive trees of the area. Admire the historic stone walls, lounge in the private pool and solarium, and enjoy the beautiful garden area, all exclusive to guests and their privacy- The staff who takes care of the cleaning of the external and internal spaces of the property strictly follow the sanitary rules foreseen for Covid-19, before the arrival of each guest, full sanitation is carried out, the size of the house and the large garden absolutely guarantee the social security distances and contactless The villa, with centuries-old olive trees, has a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with utensils and crockery, dishwasher, fridge, oven. Thanks to a corridor you get to the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Detached from the villa, with separate entrance, you access the trullo, about 50 m2 large, where there is a double bed, a sofa / double bed and a private bathroom. In the outdoor area there is a large table with 10 chairs, several seats, a barbeque and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Also attached to the villa is the boiler room with laundry, complete with washing machine. The entire structure is for the exclusive use of guests who can live in this unforgettable moments of rest and tranquility! Guests have the exclusive use of the whole villa and of the attached trullo, and the entire outdoor area, which includes the living room, the swimming pool and the laundry. Immersed in the breathtaking countryside, the home is located close to the center of Ceglie Messapica. The trullo is not isolated but located in an area with 2 other trulli used for rentals (a very small village). In front of the trullo there is a pine forest with a relaxation area and plenty of space to walk.

The property is beautifully designed, very well-equipped and maintained with great attention to detail. This stay was a great value and perfectly located for exploring Puglia. The check-in process was smooth with clear instructions, and the host was very responsive. It was also super convenient having vending machines just outside. The only downside was that the bathroom developed an unpleasant odor after a day or two.

Just WOWWWWW!! Everythings were a 10/10/10 and extra!! Paolo and his family were extremely nice and a super host! No one can top up this villa for real!! It was one of our best stay :) Totally recommend!! all the facilities provided was beyond your expectations. Even the villa is 3 years old, but it felt like brand new. They look after it so so well. They just treat us like we are part of their families and friends, thank you so much guys. If you think that the pictures are nice, wait to see the real things!! interior and exterior, and the history of the house. My oh my, we just love Trulli Terra Viva, and definitely come back again!

Elodies villa was exactly as described and perfect for a family holiday. The seperate buildings enabled everyone some privacy and outdoor living area by the pool both functional and flexible. The hosts were very responsive and responded almost instantly to any question. We took the recommendation to bring in Massimo Mancarella as our personal chef for our final farewell dinner and he is an amazing chef, preparing our best meal of our trip. Such a nice way to end our Puglia holiday dining outdoors together being treated with an amazing meal and service.

Ostuni is beautiful as is Carla’s place a short three minute walk to the centre. Carla’s place is beautiful with great furnishings and tastefully decorated. Great attention to detail - charging leads at each side of each bed for example. The terrace is great. Carla is very helpful and friendly without being intrusive.
