Ici, au rez-de-chaussée d'une charmante maison de village, vous découvrirez une ancienne galerie d'art métamorphosée en un gîte chaleureux tout confort d'environ 45 mètres carrés. ( a noter qu'il est possible pour les cyclistes de mettre leur vélos dans la pièce à vivre) notre logement est également équipé d'un système de luminothérapie à disposition gratuitement - voir photos

Idéal pour un couple, un étudiant ou un déplacement professionnel. Le logement dispose d’un lit 140×200 et d’une cuisine entièrement équipée avec four, micro-ondes et cafetière Tassimo. On the ground floor of the house, you will have access to the garden as well as the (unheated) pool. This cozy apartment is ideal for your tourist or business stays. Pets are welcome!

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Non-smoking but with an outside. In season, access to a small pool. 5-10 min walk to local shops and Leclerc, 20 min to city center and 15 min drive to Cruas. Easy garage.
