At the top of the hill-top village, the house enjoys a 180-degree panorama of the sea and the mountains (both 45 mins). Recently restored, with three double bedrooms, parking 50m and shops/bakery/taverna 200m.

Gilda's home

La Dimora di Gilda è una moderna dependance composta da un saloncino con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, una camera da letto (anch'essa matrimoniale) ed un bagno privato. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.

River Garden: House 10 min from downtown

Enjoy nature 400 meters from the central square of Ascoli. You'll arrive downtown with a walk. House with garden overlooking the river and Papal Paperboard. Quiet and peaceful place. You will be greeted by the warmth of the rustic environment of a typical Italian house, built by my grandfather in 1922, with exposed stone masonry. The Castellano River, easily accessible on foot, is perfect for a walk in any season or a cool summer swim. We look forward to seeing you!

The Casale is surrounded by 6ha of land and is 7Km from the Tibetan Bridge of Sellano, 20 from Rasiglia, 20 from Norcia, 28 from Cascia and 8 from the Terme di Triponzo. Close to the Sibillini National Park and the Corno and Nera rivers, where seasonally you can fish and rafting, it is ideal for the outdoors. ATMs, supermarkets, bars and restaurants within 2km. Hiking and mountain biking trails nearby. Outdoor BBQ and wood-burning oven. Hairy friends, welcome!

From Pacific House, you can easily reach the most beautiful Umbrian locations. The house has been completely renovated and is located in the very first suburbs, a short walk from the historic center of Foligno and the Gonzaga Barracks, reachable by car in just 3/5 minutes, on foot in 15 minutes and 8 minutes by bike. Just 20 minutes by car you can reach Rasiglia 'the little Umbrian Venice', Trevi, Bevagna, Montefalco, Campello sul Clitunno, Assisi, Spoleto.

Cocoon of Gran Sasso

"O blessed solitude, or only bliss" Immersed in the tranquility of nature and a few meters from the Annorsi Fountain and its precious spring water, the "Gran Sasso Refuge" was a stable for sheep. After years of abandonment, converted to residential and accommodation use, it found a second life thanks to a wise renovation that, while respecting the context, made use of the latest technologies such as the floor heating system or the ventilated roof structure

Casa Balani

Built in medieval times on the remains of the Roman Amphitheater steps, the house offers small portions of exposed Roman walls inside. From the rooms, on the upper floor, you can enjoy a suggestive panorama dominated by the Rocca Minore and what remains of the same Amphitheater. All around is the oldest district of Assisi, characterized by alleys, squares and medieval houses. A part of the city unknown to most but suggestive and pleasant to discover.
