The ground floor has 2 patios, an open-plan living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower. The 1st floor has 1 open-plan bedroom with a mezzanine (with living area with desk) and a bathroom with shower. Very central location, 500m from the Marina. Quiet street with restaurants very close by. There is a house under construction next door that may cause noise during the day.

It features 3 bedrooms, one of them with en-suite bathroom and a double bed, the other two have beds with a zip and link system, turning twin beds into double beds if requested.
