Our stay was very pleasant. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Communication with the host was quick and friendly. The location was perfect for exploring the area. We felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this place!

Very nice and spacious house both inside and outside, comfortable and quite close to the beach. Being 8 adults and two children, the space was fully used both inside and outside with the terrace on which we could dine in peace, also because the mosquitoes were really rare. Great experience!!

We had a very pleasant stay at Gianluca’s place. The host was always very responsive and proactive. The house is located at beautiful surroundings, the villa itself is super beautiful, well equipped, spacious and it was perfectly clean. Thanks a lot!

Overall we had a great stay! The dogs and area are great! Is it about an hour walk to the beach and is a little far from surrounding areas, but the walk is beautiful! We had electricity issues one night but the host was quick to reply. Overall would stay again! The house was very clean, pool was beautiful and a great place to relax!

We had a lovely time in Montignoso! The house is beautiful, spacious, and surrounded by a gorgeous garden of flowers and fruit trees, it truly felt like we were a part of the Tuscan landscape. Impeccable, we have had an amazing family holiday with our young son and couldn’t ask for more. Brilliant location, not far from Pisa which was helpful for flying and we could access many areas of interest in the region. More importantly when we spent time at the villa it was just perfect, there is so much space in the garden and great facilities for our family. We really enjoyed getting out on the bikes. Fantastic hosts, very welcoming and the recommendations on where to visit were appreciated. We were sad to leave and would love to return.

Monti di Luna was a perfect accomodation for my family of 5. Paola and Simone are caring hosts, provided excellent communication and were very responsive before and throughout our entire stay. The location is excellent, and the bikes provided allow you all the transportation you need to navigate Forte dei Marmi and feel like a local. The garden outside is simply lovely and incredibly peaceful. We cannot wait to return!

The villa was incredible. It had an amazing view and excellent ambiance. The house it self was well furnished and the property felt very private even though it was just a short drive down the hill from the train station to Cinque Terre. Sarah was very helpful and very prompt on answering any questions we had. We did the pasta making class and had a wonderful experience. Booking this accommodation was not only booking a house but also, booking unforgettable memories.

Lovely villa, some walking required so a vehicle is ideally needed but public transport available, all villa amenities were excellent, comfortable beds and well equipped bathrooms, nice garden & lovely pool.

I'm not usually one to give a rave review but, if you're looking for a private retreat surrounded by natural beauty so you can focus on time with your family and/or friends while still having easy access to the local towns, this place is perfection. It marries old world charm with modern amenities seamlessly. We are already thinking about our next trip back so we can stay here again!

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

Very clean accommodation with everything you need and more. Perfect for a stay with friends, thanks to the large garden and large outdoor pool. Great location, 15 min walk from Pietrasanta historic center, 5 min drive from the beaches of Marina di Pietrasanta. There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants in the area. Punctual, friendly and thoughtful host, but above all absolutely helpful. It's a pity it's in an industrial area, but it's absolutely irrelevant once you're there! Everything was perfect and I'm happy to have met Paola and her husband. If I were to return to stay in the area, I would definitely check the availability of this accommodation first. More than satisfactory value for the price!

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. Nice welcome by hosts Patrizia and Carlo. Very useful tips on what to do and where to eat in the folder in the house. The holiday home is located on enclosed private property (fence with its own remote control), spacious space for car and sunbathing on the lawn.

We were able to enjoy a wonderful vacation in Sabrina's house - the perfect place to really unwind. The kitchen is super equipped, we grilled, baked pizza and cooked a lot of good food - it was wonderful! The beds are very comfortable and the house was very well maintained overall - you can feel how much love Sabrina puts into it, that's really nice. Thanks Sabrina for your hospitality!
