Excelente estancia en el departamento, siempre se comunicó y apoyo en todo momento. La vista a la laguna es increíble, 100% recomendado. Además, tiene todo cerca, tiendas de conveniencia, farmacia, supermercado entre otros.

Atencion en todo momento, muy amable. El lugar es tal cual las fotos, muy bonito todo, cercano a arena monterrey y a Cintermex, asi como parque fundidora, el lugar es seguro y tiene una vista genial.

Muy buen lugar todo perfecto súper limpio muy agusto para descansar un fin de semana de vacaciones. Muchas gracias Ricardo súper atento nos contestaba cualquier duda al instante. :)

The location of the apartment was a really nice place to stay with friends and family this memorial day weekend it had a beautiful view of the mountains. its great for a party of 4 or 3 people maybe 6 as well 🥰👌🏙

El lugar es cómodo y limpio. Es pequeño pero tiene lo básico necesario. Se encuentra muy cerca de la UANL, se siente seguro para ir caminando. Hay farmacias, oxxos y algunos pequeños establecimientos de comida cerca.

Excelente , fui por viaje de trabajo y lo recomiendo ampliamente Sin duda regresaría al mismo lugar

Todo nos pareció muy bien, nos quedaba cerca lugares para bajar a comprar comida, el acceso es rápido no es complicado. El lugar está excelente todo limpio y ordenado. Con todo al alcanze lavadora,secadora herramientas de cocina para planchar y una muy bonita vista 100% recomendable sin duda lo volvería adquirir.

Elegí el alojamiento por la cercanía de la Arena Monterrey y estuvo increíble, nos trataron bien en recepción, un lugar muy seguro, el alojamiento fue muy cómodo, agradable y fiel a la publicación, lástima que solo fue una noche, pero consideraré este alojamientonuevamente.

Great place to stay! Ivan and his team always try to go above and beyond to communicate and assist you in everyway. The property is bigger than I was expecting, and with all the amenities that the building and the location has to offer, it was an AMAZING stay and I would definitely recommend it. Looking forward for our next trip to MTY.

Muy cómodo, con elementos muy necesarios. Ideal para descansar. Lo único que no me gustó fue que no se podía usar asadores ni sala de entretenimiento( una sala con una TV grande para ver un partido de futbol por ejem y mesa de Pool) por uso exclusivo de los dueños y no estaba aclarado

Carlos Eduardo is the best! He was an excellent communicator from start to finish, making check-in and our stay completely smooth. The Airbnb itself was cozy, clean, and just right for a relaxing getaway. We loved how much there was to do nearby—plenty of food, fun, and local spots to explore. It’s the kind of place we’d definitely come back to, especially with the whole family. Highly recommend!

Mariana is amazing Host, we were there a month, the building is beautiful and the apartment is very comfortable and has a spectacular view of the city, it looks just like the photos, really clean, really close to everything, the location is in the most beautiful area of San Pedro Garza Garcia, Mariana is the person who always respond immediately and she help us with a lot of information about the city, transportation and other things. we wanna say thank you for your hospitality

Buena ubicación, zona tranquila, fácil acceso, viajé en familia por tema médico y era justo lo que buscábamos, está muy limpio y decoración de buen gusto, descansamos muy bien, lo recomiendo.

Fue mi primer alojamiento en aribnb, y me pareció increíble, la experiencia fue única, todo estuvo muy limpio y ordenado. lo super recomiendo
