The town, Monterubbiano, is about 15 minutes from the sea. The location is very beautiful, overlooking the Aso valley and the panoramic views range from the Sibillini mountains, also known as the blue mountains, to the Adriatic sea. The sea and mountains are within easy reach within a few kilometers. Le Marche is a land rich in art, history and flavors. Entering the hills, you will discover small farms that produce typical products and a large number of wineries where you can taste excellent wines!

La Casetta di Trignano. Really close to the mountain (for those who love hiking), to the Sanctuary of San Gabriele and 40 minutes from the seaside and the Adriatic coast. 1h from Pescara, 2h from Rome Airports by car or bus. The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

At the top of the hill-top village, the house enjoys a 180-degree panorama of the sea and the mountains (both 45 mins). Recently restored, with three double bedrooms, parking 50m and shops/bakery/taverna 200m.

La Volta: a unique stay in the heart of Fermo

La Volta is an underground brick dome in Fermo’s historic centre, equidistant between the Duomo and the Piazza. An unassuming street door leads to a shared, steep passage. At the base, a private entrance opens into the circular space below. The brick dome stays naturally cool in summer. The structure is simple and intact; the atmosphere comes from the architecture itself. Private access to a private garden and hill views complete a stay that is quiet, central and full of character.

The space will be at your exclusive disposal. We have a Home Theater with HiFi system. A wood-burning oven is available upon request.
