The sea at home

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

The Attic of Villa Montale

Located on the top floor of Villa Montale, a marvelous Art Nouveau villa where the poet Eugenio Montale spent long periods of his life and surrounded by a large garden, the attic consists of two bedrooms, a living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace and solarium. An upscale environment wrapped in peace and quiet close to the sea. 5 min. walk to beaches, stores, restaurants and train station.

Romantic little Pirate's House, strong WiFii

Romantic, very small, renovated 600-year-old Pirate´s House in the historic center of Monterosso al Mare. It´s located in a beautiful medieval narrow street just about 3 walking minutes from the village center and the beach. You´ll have to walk up about 100 steps to reach it. The little house consists of one sleeping/living room on the second floor and a kitchen and very small bathroom on the first (ground) floor. Free WiFi!

La Casa di Giudi

My flat has been recently renovated and itis located in the historical centre of Monterosso al Mare, just few steps from the beach. It has a living room with kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom with shower and all amenities: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, wide screen TV and wifi connection. The smal balcony overlooks a typical ligurian street. The city tax is 1 euro per person due to pay cash at the check in.

XX Street

Welcome in one of the most beatiful village, famous in the world for its small houses and typical narrow streets (vicoli). My apartment is located in the old village far less than 100 mts from the beach and fishing harbour, close to railway station and taxi services as needed. The flat has been completely renewed on 2023, placed at first floor with independent access from the narrow street.
