Very good apartment and location. Close to the boulevard, shopping, restaurants. Tip: A little more light. Very good grill and amenities. Excellent cleanliness and tranquility and silence. Nice neighbors.

The apartment is just like the photos, it has blinds in the bedrooms and double glazing to avoid street noise. Federico is very attentive to all the details and is available all the time for any questions.

Excellent accommodation! The decoration is beautiful. Furniture and equipment throughout the apartment is of very good quality, including tableware, mattress, linens and towels. Nothing is missing. There's everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Camila welcomed us with snacks and drinks. She was flexible with our arrival and departure and very attentive when we asked for local recommendations. The area is very quiet, one block from the boulevard. Unbeatable experience!! 100% recommended.

We went with a group of friends to spend a weekend together and it was great to find this place! The apartment is beautiful, it is super well equipped in a great area! We were truly fascinated and we will definitely be back!!!

Azalia was kind to accommodate our flight schedule and meet us at off hours. The flat was exactly as advertised and in great location!! Lovely ocean views. Walkable to excellent restaurants, grocery, shopping, bus station, beach, and weekend farmers market. There were no unusual instructions for checking in or burdensome procedures for checking out. We stayed a month and would have been very comfortable staying longer.

A fantastic experience!!! Feeling of arriving at "our" home after a long trip! Cozy and excellent decoration of extreme good taste with details of those who think of the guests (extra outlets and adapters). Cecilia is super helpful giving us precious tips about the city. In the 70s Canada made an advertisement (visit a foreign country with the same type of your plumbing). Sensational!!!

Our experience was excellent, Claudia was always attentive, very warm and kind. The house is just like the photos, and in a quiet and safe area, allowed us to enter a little before and leave after hours. We informed about places nearby for shopping. I highlight the cleanliness and neatness of the house with everything needed to get by comfortably and more. The pristine beds and also left us towels for each. I would recommend it 100%

We went to my lady for a few days, we had an excellent time, Mary was very quick to respond and was very kind. The accommodation is better than in the photos, the location is very good, a block away is the super, ice cream, pharmacy. Two blocks away is the beach. The area is quiet. I was with the van parked outside without problems.

Paula's house is beautiful and located in a wonderful setting in Montevideo. Your communication is assertive . The truth is that we had a happy time. To move easier, we rent a car, which was super easy to do. I highly recommend this nice, clean, well-decorated house in a beautiful setting.

Then the apartment and building, I didn't expect it to be so beautiful, it has a large supermarket around the corner, and a couple of places to eat nearby as well as shopping. I will start with the apartment, comfortable, very well equipped, the description and photos are such what I found . The very nice and well located building, walking access to the boulevard, shopping, bus stop of various lines, restaurant, ice cream shop, pharmacy, butcher and super no more than a 5-minute walk away. Santiago as an excellent host.

Excellent stay in this home. Susana was always very friendly and attentive, she responded in the moment. The house is very nicely located, 3 blocks from the mall, and very close to the historic center. It is a large, spacious house with everything at your disposal, old but adapted. This is the second time that we have stopped at Fio. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, very well equipped and with nice decoration details. And what's important, on the street there's room for parking. The neighborhood is my favorite in Montevideo, the apartment is very well located, close to the rambla and with access to all kinds of shops and restaurants. We are going to Montevideo to visit family and we will stay at Fio's apartment whenever it is available

Maria was kind enough to meet us at the apartment and explain how things worked. The building itself is a bit old but the apartment is in great condition. Well lit, spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived and the apartment had everything we needed from towels, hair drier and toiletries to pots and pans for the ocasional meal at home.

I felt very at home in Gonzalo's place. It was clean, cosy and inviting. Gonzalo's communication was excellent throughout my stay. The apartment is in a great area for restaurants and other amenities and it's near several bus routes, so getting to the old town is simple and quick. Thank you for a lovely stay, Gonzalo!
