The apartment was nice and private. Location was good with only 5-10 minute walk to Nation metro station. Josselin was responsive and accommodated us very well. We had a small dog with us and he did well as well in this place. I’d stay here again.

Good accommodation near Paris on a budget. The apartment block is quiet and private, accessed through a secure gate. It was hard to get our large family van inside, but that's Paris for you. To avoid confusion, the apartment is in the 2nd of 2 courtyards once inside the compound. At first we struggled to find the key box because we were looking in the first courtyard. The nearest train station into Paris was a 15 minute walk with our children, probably faster if just with adults. There's a good selection of affordable restaurants in Bondy.

Florian war ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Für Paris ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Die U-BAHN Station ist ungefähr 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gab gute Möglichkeiten in der Nähe einzukaufen oder Essen zu gehen. Ein paar Sachen sollten eventuell mal repariert werden, wie z.B. das Fenster im Bad oder das eine Fenster im Schlafzimmer. Ansonsten ist es eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die Terrasse ist sehr groß und bietet genug Platz.

El apartamento está muy bien situado y es ideal para dos personas, muy tranquilo ya que no da a la calle, es planta baja así que no hay que preocuparse de subir maletas La zona es muy comercial y hay varios supermercados y una panadería justo delante Tiene el metro Línea 1 al lado y la RerA a dos calles, que te deja en pleno centro (Chatelet) en 10 minutos Repetiremos!

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

We had a pleasant stay! The apartment was amazing, we’ll decorated and brand mew with peaceful nature nearby . The location is about 40 min driving from central Paris by car. There is also an electric car charging next to the apartment that was very helpful and useful for electric car. The host is amazingly helpful and kind, they were available for everything we needed. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants, le logement est très agréable. A proximité des commerces et d'un joli parc situé à deux pas. En cas de problème ou de question, les propriétaires sont tout de suite à l'écoute pour les solutionner. Très bon séjour, nous y retournerons volontiers. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

The apartment is exactly as it shows the pictures. Very clean and modern. 7 minutes walking to the train station. It has all amenities for a family 6-7 people The AC is portable and it works fine just install it at the living room. It has washing and drying. It was a good apartment in regards quality and price.

Elsa e Yannick foram ótimos tanto no arranjo do apartamento, dicas, resolução de problemas, auxílio com meu bebê e comunicação. Recomendo imensamente o apartamento lindo com vista para Sacre coeur, torre Eiffel e zoológico. Muito perto de Vincennes, pra quem quer sair do agito do centro. Muito acessível por inúmeras linhas de metrô, para ir aos museus, monumentos, etc. Bairro tranquilo e com tudo o necessário para uma estadia ótima. Perfeito para famílias com crianças, principalmente. Mas perfeito também para quem quer curtir uma Paris por inteiro como seus moradores. Recomendo fortemente esses hóspedes e esse apartamento. One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

C’è da premettere che noi eravamo a Parigi per il Salone Aeronautico di Le Bourget, per questo la posizione era perfetta. Se il nostro intento fosse stato visitare la città ovviamente l’alloggio sarebbe stato un po’ fuori mano. Detto ciò, la casa è super spaziosa: è una villa di tre piani con giardino e quindi perfetta per grandi gruppi. Noi eravamo in 7 e siamo stati molto larghi, sicuramente senza la claustrofobia che trasmettono altri alloggi su questa piattaforma. Non c’è aria condizionata ma tutti i piani eccetto la mansarda erano comunque molto freschi (perlomeno a fine giugno). Infine, nonostante non l’abbiamo mai incontrato dal vivo, Hamza è stato molto presente con i messaggi e ha risposto sempre velocemente a tutte le nostre domande.

Un accueil de qualité de la part de Ben. Hôte réactif et très arrangeant et d’une grande gentillesse avec toute sa famille . Il est disponible à tout moment. Le logement était impeccable, très grand, bien agencé et TRÈS propre. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin qui est un grand plus. Je recommande à 100%. Nous reviendrons

Le titre Havre de paix esr vraiment bien mérité. Nous avons passé un séjour formidable que je recommande vivement ! Que ce soit pour profiter de la piscine, des installations de la maison ou du charmant village, chacun y trouvera son bonheur.

We hebben een nachtje bij Yoann en Fanta geslapen op terugreis naar huis toe. Het contact verliep prettig en gemakkelijk. De ruimte was zoals verwacht en zeer netjes. Het is een klein, maar fijn gelijkvloers verblijf met een riante tuin en buitenruimte. Zouden er gerust nog een keer verblijven!
