The apartment was nice and private. Location was good with only 5-10 minute walk to Nation metro station. Josselin was responsive and accommodated us very well. We had a small dog with us and he did well as well in this place. I’d stay here again.

Good accommodation near Paris on a budget. The apartment block is quiet and private, accessed through a secure gate. It was hard to get our large family van inside, but that's Paris for you. To avoid confusion, the apartment is in the 2nd of 2 courtyards once inside the compound. At first we struggled to find the key box because we were looking in the first courtyard. The nearest train station into Paris was a 15 minute walk with our children, probably faster if just with adults. There's a good selection of affordable restaurants in Bondy.

we stayed at Maxence's apartment for 3 nights, as a base for trips into Paris, ideally situated for the train station, a 10 min walk. The apartment was spotlessly clean, key pickup and access to the flat went as per Max"s instructions. The bed is extremely comfy. We would certainly use again on our next visit to Paris.

The apartment is very well located and is ideal for two people, very quiet since it does not face the street, it is on the ground floor so you do not have to worry about carrying suitcases The area is very commercial and there are several supermarkets and a bakery right in front It has Metro Line 1 next to it and the RerA two blocks away, which leaves you in the center (Chatelet) in 10 minutes We'll be back.

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

Our hosts were very welcoming, the accommodation is very nice. Close to shops and a pretty park just around the corner. If there is a problem or a question, the owners are immediately listening to solve them. Very good stay, we will gladly go back. We highly recommend this rental!

The apartment is exactly as it shows the pictures. Very clean and modern. 7 minutes walking to the train station. It has all amenities for a family 6-7 people The AC is portable and it works fine just install it at the living room. It has washing and drying. It was a good apartment in regards quality and price.

I highly recommend the gorgeous apartment overlooking Sacre coeur, Eiffel tower and zoo. Very close to Vincennes, for those who want to get out of the hustle and bustle downtown. Very accessible by numerous subway lines, to go to museums, monuments, etc. Quiet neighborhood with everything necessary for a great stay. Perfect for families with children, especially. But also perfect for those who want to enjoy a whole Paris as its residents. I strongly recommend these guests and this apartment. Thank

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

We were in Paris for the Le Bourget Air Show, so the location was perfect. If our intention had been to visit the city, obviously the accommodation would have been a bit out of the way. That said, the house is super spacious: it is a three-story villa with a garden and therefore perfect for large groups. There were 7 of us and we were very spacious, certainly without the claustrophobia that other accommodations on this platform convey. There is no air conditioning but all floors except the attic were still very cool (at least in late June). Finally, although we never met him in person, Hamza was very present with messages and always responded quickly to all our questions.

A quality welcome from Ben. Responsive and very accommodating host and very kind with his whole family. It's available anytime. The accommodation was impeccable, very large, well arranged and VERY clean. We were able to enjoy the garden, which is a big plus. I would recommend it 100%. We will come again

We spent a night at Yoann and Fanta's on our way back home. The contact was pleasant and easy going. The space was as expected and very neat. It is a small but nice ground floor residence with a spacious garden and outdoor space. Would definitely stay again!
