In addition, very centrally located in the beautiful rural area of De Achterhoek.

Or enjoy the large garden outside on your own terrace, it is possible. Easy to reach via public transport. From here you can walk, on the Solex/bicycle (rental) towards the city center or the wide back corner nature in or continue Pieterpad. Welkom in de ruime studio van Izzy. De houtkachel verwarmd de gezellige grote ruimte. Je kan heerlijk neerploffen in de zithoek, een plaatje draaien en tot rust komen. Voor de avondmaaltijd maak je gebruik van eigen keuken en diner je aan de stamtafel. Bij het vallen van de avond staat het hemelbed voor je klaar. Schuif je de gordijntjes dicht en geniet je een heerlijke nachtrust. De volgende dag, eerst de houtkachel aan én nodigt de omgeving je graag uit voor een mooie verkenning!

Dit ruime, vrijstaande vakantiehuis in Montferland met mooie wandel- en fietsroutes biedt de perfecte mix van comfort en natuur. Dankzij 2 terrassen is het genieten van de zon en rustgevende uitzicht. De woning beschikt over een grote open keuken, comfortabele woon- en eetgedeelte en slaapkamers met airconditioning. Slaapkamer begane grond is volledig rolstoel toegankelijk. Parkeren is eenvoudig via carport en oprit en er zijn laadpunten voor elektrische auto’s beschikbaar.

Rustic enjoyment in the Achterhoek

This beautiful detached 2 under 1 hood house, 900m2 garden, private road, near the cozy Doetinchem (1.5 km to the center) and 200m from the Kruisbergse forests. Meadows, horses, beautiful views, (sunset) it is nice to unwind (Private Sauna, swimming pool) and certainly also a playground for children, trampoline, swimming pool, very large garden, children can have a nice go. Fun side effect, feeding and cuddling the chickens and rabbits please :) In short, enjoyable!

Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxury apartment.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The apartment is close to public transport and the village centre. You'll love my place because of the location, the atmosphere, the spacious living space, the freely accessible large garden, and the creative atmosphere. It is a good starting point to Arnhem (20 min. by train), history (Doesburg and's Heerenberg) and forest (Montferland). The place is suitable for couples, single people, and business travelers. The Grocery Store

The Grocery Store holiday home is a tastefully furnished and luxurious village house in Zeddam in Gelderland. This former grocery store dating from 1953 is renovated in style and has various authentic elements such as beamed ceilings. But, the modern luxury gadgets are not forgotten, such as glasfiber WiFi, 55" LED TV with cinema sound, free standing bathtub and rain shower. And yes, there is a real classic Fiat 600 in your living room :-)

Fully renovated guest suite in Didam in 2020.

Centrally located within the border area De Liemers and De Achterhoek. This studio is 290 metres from Didam Train Station. Arnhem Velperpoort Station ( 17 minutes) and Doetinchem Central Station ( 12 minutes) are easily accessible. The supermarket is 100 meters away, the cozy center of Didam is 200 meters away. The Guesthouse is available for temporary use. In all cases, you must have and keep your main residence elsewhere in the world.

Hierbij gaat het om privé kamers in een eengezinswoning. Er zijn 2 gastenkamers, een éénpersoonskamer en een tweepersoonskamer. Er is een gedeelde keuken en een gedeelde badkamer met toilet/douche/bad. We kunnen afspraken maken over het gebruik van keuken en woonkamer. Vanuit de woonkamer heeft u uitzicht op een groot weiland met koeien. U kunt ook genieten van de tuin aan de achterzijde van de woning. U bent van harte welkom.
