Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region of France where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Loft (*** 64 m2 apartment for 2 people) is on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. It has been newly renovated and is very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. Apart from the kitchen, dining and living space, a king-size bed and a bathroom, in summer you enjoy a yard and the lap pool.

Very quiet place, ideal for unwinding.

On our plot we have 33 gites. Montfermier is a picturesque village in the sunny south of France located in the hilly part of the Tarn and Garonne. The village has 111 inhabitants and consists of 90% farmers. You can make beautiful walks. Welcome to our charming house located near the historic center of Montpezat de Quercy. Living room with sofa, TV and a large table. Beautiful fitted and equipped kitchen with dining area. A bedroom (140 x 190 bed) with closets with a shower room. A second bedroom (140 x 190 bed) with storage. The bathroom (walk-in shower) is located in one of the bedrooms. List of products provided: Sheets, towels, coffee, tea, miscellaneous products...

Bulle is for people who love wine! This old wine barn has been tastefully restored into a holiday home for two people, blending medieval architecture, modern comfort and a wine theme in perfect harmony. It is beautifully positioned on a rock, in the Bastide village of Flaugnac, allowing you to enjoy great views on to the valley below and the surrounding hills.
