Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Montgenèvre

We just loved the design of the house, modern, clean and generous. The views from the house are spectacular. In every direction from the house are trails to take in the Alps. Some within walking distance, some a short drive away. We walked every trail we could find. In the spring, the meadows are carpets of flowers and the mountain views, lakes, very impressive. Some shops pre-season were closed, so you need to be careful with supplies, but loved the weekly market and eating goat from the local farmer!

The space was perfect. Maxime was very accommodating and did everything he could to make sure we had a wonderful stay! Thank you again!

We had a wonderful stay! The chalet was warm, comfortable, and exactly as described. The bath was a luxurious touch, and the well-equipped kitchen (with a great coffee machine) made self-catering easy. Plenty of storage, including good ski storage. The steep stairs are worth noting for those with mobility issues or younger children, but not an issue for us. 200m to the nearest blue slope (which can be icy), and a 10–20 min uphill walk to town. One of the absolute highlights was the incredible views and surroundings- truly breathtaking and made the stay even more special. Overall, we had a really enjoyable time and would absolutely recommend this chalet to others!

Beautiful place in a small, peaceful rural village on the mountain. A few minutes walk and you get to a fantastic spot for the sunset. Best part of our trip. Clean, renovated apartment. Visits by a local dog and cat for cuddles as an additional service.

Christophe was warm and hospitable, meeting us both and check-in and check-out, sharing tips and information about the region and giving a walkthrough of the place. We very much enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the hot tub after long days out. I would certainly recommend it for travelers who are on the move during the day and looking for a quiet place to rest for the night.

Great stay as a family at France's in the Maisonette. We left the car and went on vacation, everything is nearby. The house is very well equipped and warm with a magnificent view.

The accommodation was perfect – super equipped, cozy and with a small balcony with morning sun. The location is fantastic: iconic road bike passes are directly accessible, great climbing spots are nearby, and thanks to the altitude, it's not too hot, even in summer. Bernadette is a wonderful host – warm, helpful and uncomplicated. The neighbors and everyone in the house were also extremely hospitable. We felt completely comfortable and will be very happy to come back! :-)

Two friends on a big weekend. Great stay. This accommodation would have suited us well also for four for one or two nights. No luxury but everything you need (especially all household products; appreciable for us who should have been on a motorcycle). I'll be back there no problem

We were warmly welcomed by Damien, the chalet is very easy to find with directions. The view of the mountains is superb, the environment is very quiet. The village is a few steps away, with a restaurant, small shop and slopes in winter. We will definitely come back.

We spent a week at Jiri's place. The residence is quiet, clean, the pool and sauna are nice after skiing. The accommodation is well located close to slopes and shops (300m). We would recommend this listing, we may come back next winter.

Cecile's apartment was perfect for our skiing vacation being close to all ski rental shops, the ski pass collection office and finally the Prorel ski lift, with a great sized apartment and its own ski locker in the basement. There is a well stocked kitchen full of equipment and overall the apartment is not luxury but an excellent functional space that worked perfectly for me, my daughter and her friend. Communication from both Ceclie and her brother Sylvain who met us on arrival and leaving for key hand over was perfect. The coach that you can use for connections to Turin airport stops just outside the front of the apartment block (Link Bus). This same bus stop is also used for the ski bus to the rest of the Serre Chevalier valley resort, as I say its perfect. A great functional space and should we come to the area again we will be sure to check availability.

A very cozy little wooden cottage on a very quiet campsite in a small village below Sestriere. Beautiful view over the rooftops of the neighboring houses in the mountains. The kitchen has everything you need. The public laundry room is great and only a few steps to walk, warm, clean and has a great shower. The host was super friendly and helped me a lot when I missed the bus. Thank you for this! I went to Sestriere every day on a beautiful way off the ski slope. Overall, everything was as I imagined it and how it was read on the listing. I'd come back.

Nice, quiet place. Super views. Well cleaned. Rapid response from Alberto. Good double bed. Childrens mattresses very soft/hanging for adults. 105 stairs to climb to get to appartment. The fireplace cannot be used. Shower needs upgrading (partly mouldy). Need a car to get to the slopes, or walk upwards. A skibox can be hired up in the town.

The apartment is located in a beautifully restored house. Very comfortably furnished. The balcony and terrace offer good views of the mountains. The kitchen is very well equipped for any kind of cooking. The location of the apartment is very quiet. The best part is the friendly landlady and the hospitality. We felt very comfortable.

Unusual night in this cabin in the Valfrejus resort, very nice place, comfortable accommodation and the amenities reserved for the 2 cabins are very clean. The spa is very cool, very nice after a day of skiing. The little extra: take the dinner option at the cottages, friendly moment and meal by the fire, local and quality products. I recommend this listing!!

Beautiful and cozy chalet on the ski slopes, a few meters from the chairlift and conveniently connected to all the ski resorts of the Vialattea, magnificent views of the Alps. The snowmobile transport has given the touch of exclusivity and is itself an experience in the mountains, all perfectly organized. We thank the hosts for making such a beautiful place available, we will be back next year!

We rented the cottage for a short 4 day ski vacation (2 adults + 2 teenagers). The cottage is exactly as you can see on the pictures. Nice and cosy. It was perfect for the occasion not far from Cesana and very close to the ski areas. We chose to drive up to the parking below the Ski Lodge chairlift to access Vialattea - it is literally 2 a mins drive and the parking was deserted. 1 day we parked in Cesana to access Monti Della Luna and Montgenevre - we arrived at 08:50 and the parking was totally empty. No queues at the ski pass booth and chairlift. Perfect. To load and unload our ski equipment we parked briefly in the street above the cottage which was easy. I would rent Erminas cottage again should we come back for some skiing in the Vialattea.
