Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Montgomery County

We had a wonderful stay and Sabrina was very responsive when we had a question. Parking was a bit tricky, but a spot was made for us and street parking was not to bad.

I travel a lot with a group of 4-7 friends and we have booked many Locations, Melissa's house was the best. I can not list everything that made us feel at home but just to mention a few; The entire house is super clean and things are very well arranged, the kitchen is well stocked. I honestly never seen any other house this stocked, it will be very hard to open a cabinet and don't find what you need. The bathroom are not lacking anything, all the supplies you would want and more. Its in a very quite neighborhood easy to walk, find and access, the yard was very spacious with a perfect back porch. Melissa will proactively communicate and let you know everything in advance which made our stay easy and comfortable. I never had to reach out to ask for anything, and if i did, am sure she would be very responsive. I will be staying here whenever i am visiting the area in the future. Perfect house and worth every minute we had access to it.

Unfortunately our stay here got cut short due to an unexpected plumbing issue and we had to find another place. However I’d definitely stay here again. PJ was fantastic. He attempted to address the issue mere hours after it happened. Unfortunately it was something that just couldn’t be fixed quickly. But the place was very nice. Very clean. Well decorated and very cosy. Awesome couch and tv and stereo. Bummed we had to leave. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future if the opportunity arises. PJ made sure we got a very fair refund and took great care of us. Can’t recommend him as a host enough.

hibest’s home was perfect! very cute and vintage, it was perfect for my friend’s and i. it fit 5 of us very comfortably. the multiple air conditioners made it easy to combat the maryland humidity. the house had everything we needed, and the area was nice and spacious. it was only 15 mins away from the music venue we were attending a concert at. i would definitely book here for our next trip!

It was the second time we used Cynthia's place and we will use it again when in Silver Springs.

I recently stayed at Daniel's Airbnb while attending my uncle's funeral, and I cannot express how grateful I am for his hospitality. We had a fantastic stay! The photos don’t do it justice. Very spacious and full of character. It comfortably fit our group of 6 adults and 5 kids, with plenty of room to spread out. In town for a wedding and quick day trip to DC, the location couldn't have been more perfect. Check-in was a breeze with the keypad, and we appreciated having three dedicated parking spots. The pool and hot tub were a big hit, though the weather was a bit chilly and the hot tub didn’t get as warm as we would have liked, but the host let us know they're working on it. I was worried the nearby train noise would be a problem, but not noticeable with no horns overnight. Everyone in the group kept saying this was the best airbnb we've ever stayed at and would absolutely stay here again!

That house is unreal!!! It's so spacious and clean. The kitchen has all the amenities, the shower is hot, the beds are comfortable. It made my family vacation unbelievable. Anax was the best. He even left us some snacks! We all enjoyed the house!

Nice and clean

Wonderful stay. Takoma Park is a great little part of the DMV with close by amenities, including a super awesome Mexican place and local butcher with killer breakfast burritos. The apartment was just as advertised and very pleasant. Fish was a great host. Will be returning.

The location is great, near the Town Center, Reston Parkway and the metro station. Having free parking in the building’s parking garage is very helpful and appreciated. Another feature is Wegmans on the ground floor with a building entrance directly into it, so no need to drive to a grocery store. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Gillian and Boe’s property. The property is eclectic, comfortable and pristine. The garden is lush and wonderful to sit outside and enjoy the peaceful delight that it is. The location is great in the Arts district and close to some fabulous restaurants.

Jan was a great host and the place is super comfortable. The location is great. I highly recommend staying here if you're out this way. A heads up to anyone booking, there is construction on University starting at the corner with the 7-11. If you're going East, be sure to be prepared for some treacherous potholes as of June 1st 2025. We discovered that if we were driving to DC that taking a right at that light and keep going straight, eventually the GPS will not have you backtrack.

Temesgen’s place was perfect for our stay in DC. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking was a lifesaver. The apartment was great and Temesgen took great care to make sure our stay was comfortable. He’s very responsive and answered all questions. We were very happy with our stay here!

Ashok was friendly and easy to get in touch with. He gave me all the details for check in a couple days in advance so I wasn’t stressed at the last minute. The space was great and near the Metro station so it was easy to get into DC or surrounding areas. Also there is street parking if you have a car. The house was equipped with everything we needed and lots of good sitting areas. The kitchen is a bit tight for making big meals but great for all your basic needs. The outdoor space was great for having morning coffee and enjoying the weather. The sound does travel inside similar to an apartment with upstairs neighbors but his friendly communication made it comfortable to discuss anything if it came up.

Fantastic 1 week stay! The house is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The neighborhood is safe and all the houses are nice. We rented a car and had no problems getting to all our destinations. The owners respond quickly and are very helpful. I would highly recommend this home and would stay again if I ever return to DC. One recommendation, bring a white noise machine if you are a light sleeper because there is not much of a sound barrier in the ceiling and you may hear people walking around upstairs.

My in laws and I had a great stay at Krystof's house. It was a great location for what we needed and we loved the grocery store down the street. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed the open concept kitchen. They were great hosts and when we had questions they were quick to respond and friendly. We will absolutely plan to stay again!

Awesome, nice stay

I will forever be grateful for the amazing weekend my wife and I spent at the Dulles Executive Resort. It was love at first sight when we checked in after an overwhelmed 5 hours red eye flight. We needed a secluded place to rest and it was far better than what we had hoped for even beyond a stretch of our imagination. Beside being conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from IAD, the DER offers so many amenities..Our host welcoming attitude left no room for reproach. Thank you Alexise for helping us check in more than 12 hours in advance. Your overall warm introductory remarks and the fact that you went beyond normalcy in order to accommodate your guests made our week end....Your unwavering commitment to excellence and definite touch of "bon chic, bon genre" is without a doubt what makes DER a beauty to behold, a place of exquisite workmanship. Great house with a fabulous pool! We enjoyed our time immensely. The decor is so fun! We had an issue with the tv the first night, and Kate had her handyman out the next day to fix it with zero interruption to us. Highly recommend!
