Really nice apartment in a great location overlooking the main square. Don’t be put off by the characterful entrance hallway! The apartment is really nice with some beautiful period features and big windows. Lots of space. Big enough that I managed to get lost a couple of times 😂. And crazy good value!

Super séjour dans ce magnifique appartement proche de toutes commodités et d’une propreté absolue. Nous avons passé un excellent moment.

Super logement. Vraiment bien situé. En pleine rue piétonne. Accès très facile. Parking non loin à pieds. Logement décoré avec goût. Propreté : irréprochable. La literie était impeccable ! Et très confortable. Très bien accueillis. Hôte très réactif et compréhensif. (Petit plus sympa : Des jeux de sociétés sont disponibles) Vraiment au top. Je recommande!

Damien a été très accueillant, la chambre est très propre et tout était super. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée. C’est même plus beau en vrai qu’en photo ! Je le recommande a 100%. Merci, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Een heel fijn verblijf gehad in deze accomodatie. Gezellig ingericht en werkelijk alles was aanwezig. Vooral een hele fijne keuken. Prachtige tuin. Perfect om met een gezin te verblijven.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique à Gembes. Le logement est extrêmement spacieux, remis à neuf avec une déco soignée et qui respecte l’âme de la maison. La cuisine est incroyablement belle et regorge d’ustensiles, et d’appareils électroménagers hauts de gamme. Les chambres et salles de bain se complètent, laisse de l’intimité à chacun. Enfin, la salle de jeux pour enfants et le jardin permettent un bon moment récréatifs ! Un endroit où poser ses valises et profiter ! Merci pour tout, vous vivez dans une magnifique région !

Heerlijk huis in een rustige omgeving. Lekker ruim van binnen en gezellig ingericht. Veel licht door de grote glazen pui. Lekker hangen in de banken of comfortabel zitten aan de enorme eettafel. Fijne tuin met veel zitjes, altijd wel ergens zon of schaduw te vinden. Ongekend is dat je gebruik kan maken van alles wat voorhanden is. En dat is veel. Van boeken tot spellen, van olie tot kruiden. En nog veel meer. Grote garage met darts, Ping Pong tafel, mountainbikes etc. Dus ook bij regen ben je onder de pannen. De omgeving is mooi. Tenslotte: de. communicatie met Frank is vlot, persoonlijk, betrokken, laagdrempelig en prettig. Al met al heerlijke dagen gehad in Lépron-Les-Vallées.

We hebben heel hard genoten van ons verblijf. Perfecte locatie met 2 kleine kindjes. Echt alles is aanwezig en de tuin met speeltoren was geweldig. Ook kwamen de grootouders en tantes op bezoek, plaats genoeg om bezoekers te ontvangen en mee te laten overnachten. Heel fijn en snel contact met de verhuurders via de app en verder laten ze je met rust. Het huisje is zeker zijn geld waard. Voor uitstapjes in de buurt moet je telkens wel eventjes rijden maar in een straal van 20min kan je wel alles vinden wat je nodig hebt. Wij raden dit zeker aan bij vrienden en familie en komen nog wel eens een keertje terug.

Jocelyne is a very nice and responsive host. The house is exactly as on pictures. We had everything we were promised: from amenities to a billiard and a kicker. Was a lot of fun! The house is spacious, you will have enough place for up to 10 people. You have a small nice garden and a wintergarden as well. If you are looking for a getaway you won't regret! PS There are Chimay Abbey and Castle, Sedan and Ovral Abbey which you can reach with an auto in 30-60 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Belle maison agréable avec une grande terrasse. De plus elle est très bien situé. Petit bémol, une cage d’escalier un peu trop vieillissante malheureusement, ce qui réveil les autres occupants le cas échéant. Sinon merci pour l’accueil, c’était super. Et merci d’avoir pensé à fermer les volets par cette chaleur. Petite attention très appréciable.

We had an excellent stay in Charleville-Meziers. Remy’s apartment was located in the heart of town with many super bars and restaurants within a very short walk, as well as a couple of local museums celebrating the Ardennes and the poet Arthur Rimbaud. The apartment was very spacious, with a large lounge kitchen area, one bedroom with two beds and a spacious bathroom and separate toilet on the same floor, upstairs was the main bedroom with walk in shower and sink, we slept in the upstairs super king bed which was so comfortable and used the downstairs bedroom with walk in wardrobe as our changing room. Free parking was a 10min walk away, but we parked outside to drop our bags off and then moved the car. The apartment is on the top floor so be aware if doing stairs is a problem, although we were fine carrying our luggage up the once and down again at the end of our trip. If you’re traveling by train the station is only a 15min pleasant walk through town. A fantastic stay at The Duplex

It's a wow factor apartment with an amazing view of Hotel De Ville right out the window - especially beautiful at night. The apartment was on the 5th floor with an elevator with plenty of free street parking available at all times, no hassles there. The furnishings were new and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals at home easily. The bathroom was compact but practical and squeaky clean. The bed was super comfortable with room to hang and store clothing. A washing machine/dryer was in the unit as was and iron and ironing board. It was light and airy and smelt fresh and new each time you walked in. It's a great base to explore the surrounding areas and an easy 15 minute walk into the old town (Place Ducale) - plenty to do in the area. Geraldine was a super host, she greeted us and checked in on us during our stay, which was super nice of her. We were there on a Saturday so saw 5 weddings at the Hotel De Ville - very special.

Appartement au top, très spacieux et propre ! Hotel proactif avec des instructions claires qui facilite l’accès au logement. Bien situé aux portes de la Belgique, commune dynamique avec de nombreux commerces. Merci pour ce chouette week-end dans la région
