Hello, It rarely snows here, but we are only 15 minutes from the Thollon-les-Mémises and Bernex ski resorts, and 1 hour from the Portes du Soleil (Morzine). We rent a 45 m² apartment on the ground floor of our house with a lake view. It is fully independent, with parking and access to a double-fenced garden. Authenthique grenier savoyard entièrement rénové à 1340m d'altitude, à côté des pistes de la Panthiaz, dans le domaine "Les Portes du Soleil". Plein sud, vue unique sur la vallée et les "Dents du midi". Par grande neige, nous assurons la navette en moto-neige et/ou SSV jusqu'au premier parking accessible aux voitures (à 1,2km). Retour au chalet skis aux pieds possible.
