Beautiful apartment near the Olympic stadium very well connected by transportation Francesco is a very nice and proactive host. we exchanged a lot by message for restaurants and he is a great listener

The stay with Carlo was perfect. The room is cozy, and the cleanliness is extremely impeccable. The wonderful region, with good food around if you don't want to go to the center of Rome, but if you want public transport, it's 5 minutes from the accommodation. A wonder.

Giovanni was such a kind and gracious host. He gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area and made us feel at home.

I found the accommodation very comfortable, perfect for my needs. It's just a few steps from the gym I go to, so it's super practical. The area is very residential, quiet and well connected: it is easy to get around both on foot and by public transport. The hosts were really kind and helpful. Despite my plane being delayed, they waited for me to check in without any problems, with great courtesy. In addition to the coffee machine, I also found other useful things in the fridge: a really nice and much appreciated gesture. Communication has always been clear, fast and effective. I highly recommend this place!

Look, this Airbnb was excellent! The host was very helpful and her employee was a lovely person! You welcomed me very well! Other than that, the location near the Vatican made me do practically everything on foot! And when I needed the subway, it was very close! The accommodation matched the photos and my time in Rome was very pleasant! Breakfast was a pleasant surprise! It was good and helped to start the day well! It was one less thing to worry about in the day! I would return to the apartment on a future trip to the eternal city!

Paolo is an excellent host and a gentleman. My parents and I had a great time staying there. He is an extremely kind and generous and stocked the fridge full of food for us so we couldn’t have to walk in the heat.

Very well located accommodation, in the very lively Trastevere neighborhood, and spacious room. Diomira and her husband welcomed me very well, they even spoke French very well, and served me breakfast in the morning. I felt at home! Bonus for the cat :) Remember to take Quies balls because the neighborhood is noisy…

This was my third time staying here!This year is the Jubilee Year of Rome, and it is very convenient to get up early and walk from the apartment to the Vatican. Follow the Tiber River, and the scenery is very beautiful!There are many restaurants around the apartment, so it is convenient to eat.It's even more convenient if you need to shop.The most important thing is that check-in is more flexible, you can drop off your luggage first, which is very important and friendly for people traveling long distances with luggage!This has always been my preferred accommodation in Rome, and I look forward to staying again!

We had a wonderful stay in this cute little B & B. The room was spotless and the patio was a super great bonus space we took advantage of. Would definitely recommend!

This was my first time renting a room in someone else’s home, and it was a wonderful experience. My main concern was privacy, which was absolutely not an issue at all at Andrea’s home. The apartment has only one entrance, which leads to a living room for the guests to use. At the right, a locked door leads to Andrea’s area. At the left, a hallway covered with a curtain leads to a private bathroom and a private room with private balcony. We met Andrea at check-in, and never saw him again although I think he was there some of the time. The room is super silent, it has an excelent AC system to which guests have a remote control. The shower is great and spacious, the bed is big and acceptable. The room is quipped with a refrigerator and some furniture to settle down. The location is perfect, 4 blocks from the Metro, in a quiet area with many trattorias and cafes. Away from Rome’s center touristic chaos but with all the commodities you need such as groceries, meals and laundry.

The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Getting around is very easy – it’s on Metro Line A, and you can also reach the Colosseum comfortably by taking Bus 85. The apartments are exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything you might need. Marco is incredibly kind and welcoming—he prepared breakfast in advance each day and always made sure everything was perfect. I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place!

Great welcome, the bedroom and bathroom are very clean and the breakfast is rich and plentiful. A very quiet home away from the chaos of downtown. I'll be back.

Gianluca is a really kind and impeccable host, from the booking to our arrival. House with very well-designed spaces, organized and very well cleaned. Very quiet area and strategic location for getting around. Top hospitality from Gianluca and Peach, we will definitely be back.

Caterina is helpful, kind and welcoming. The room is clean and new and the bed is very comfortable. The room has breakfast necessities, while in the common space there is a coffee maker and tea kettle. The only negative note is that the window door curtain is not very dark, so as the sun rises, the room lights up, but this is not a problem for those who can sleep even with the light. In general, it's a great solution to stay overnight in Rome and I would go back.

Very well located accommodation (near the Colosseum) and at the same time the surroundings are very quiet. Special mention to Francesco, who responded very quickly to all our inquiries. Totally recommended for getting to know Rome, thanks for everything!

Really perfect location, almost opposite the subway entrance. Antonella really wants to be discreet, (I agree with the other comments, we didn't feel like we were sharing the apartment with huge volumes at all) and that you had a great stay. Vouchers for breakfasts at the cafe downstairs of the building that hosts good live musicians in the evening (no noise problem, rest assured, extremely quiet atmosphere in the room), practicality of travel with e.g. the Colosseum 15 minutes max walk, and connection with Termini train station and Vittorio Emanuele metro. Thank you for the Vespa keychains, our daughter loved them 🥰

We felt very comfortable, our host Marysol was so kind, communicative and generous. The place is nice and clean, it is close to the C metro line, by walking 15 minutes you can also reach an A line. I recommend it. Thank you:)
