The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed (200 x 160 cm) featuring memory foam mattresses, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, two wardrobes, a work corner with a desk, an armchair, and a 40'' LED TV. It has a balcony overlooking Viale dell'Università and the Secretary of Air Force building, a prime example of Italian Rational Architecture. The bathroom offers a shower with endless hot water, a design stone basin supported by a wooden sculpture, and sanitary ware. It is equipped with toiletries, a hairdryer, slippers, and towels. La stanza è arredata in stile etnico, con un grande letto matrimoniale (200 x 160 cm) con materassi memory foam, una cassettiera e 2 armadi, 2 comode poltrone, un'ampia scrivania in cuoio e un televisore LED 40''. You only share the small entrance room with the flat owners and are therefore completely independent from the rest of the flat!

From my B&B you have a stunning view of St.Peter's dome! There is a very comfortable double bed & private bathroom. There are also two cats, Wolfie and LolaLola, lurking in the rest of the apartment. With a 7 minute walk you get to the Vatican, and in 15 to the center. Check in before 10pm, please :). I am a registered B&B with the local authorities – QA/2021/12704.

La camera con bagno privato è molto luminosa e silenziosa. La camera ha una superficie di 16 mq con bagno privato di 3,5 mq. Letto matrimoniale, consolle con specchio e poltroncina, armadio a vista e piccolo tavolino arredano la camera. Il bagno è ben attrezzato, il rivestimento della doccia e delle pareti è in resina per maggior igiene.

La camera matrimoniale moderna è dotata di un letto da 160 cm. Include una smart TV da 43 pollici con abbonamento Netflix e un divano letto. Il bagno privato è fornito di doccia. Inoltre, la stanza dispone di un frigo bar, un bollitore e aria condizionata. Le finestre sono dotate di doppi vetri per un maggiore isolamento.

La stanza è molto confortevole, dotata di aria condizionata e riscaldamento. Include un letto nuovo (160x200), luci calde, tende oscuranti e un reggivaligia. Il bagno è attrezzato con doccia, bidet, saponi, asciugacapelli, carta igienica e asciugamani di varie dimensioni disponibili per ogni persona.

We are in the characteristic Flaminio neighbourhood, very close to Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, San Pietro and also at a stone’s throw from the river Tiber. Nearby there is a fruit and vegetable market, lots of shops and a variety of local restaurants and cafes.
