Truly the most wonderful Airbnb. Pictures don’t do it justice, feels like being in a luxury hotel. Super convenient and in a quiet area. 10/10 recommend

Fantastic location, really close to the coliseum, lots and lots of really nice places to eat, we would go for walk in the neighbourhood late in the evening and it was still quite lively. The house is very well stocked, lots of pots and pans and cutlery if you want to cook a bit. Host was super friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this house as good base for visiting central Rome.

The house was very easy to find with Fabio's directions, and it's next to places of interest such as the Roman Colosseum, the church of San Ignacio de Loyola or La Fontana de Trevi, which we walked to and got to know the city. The house is beautiful, as it appears in the photos, my daughter loved it. It 😍 has air conditioning that is appreciated in the middle of summer, and that 2m bed, I think it is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. It also has a Nespresso coffee machine where we made coffee in the morning ☕️ Fabio was very attentive and hospitable. I recommend contacting him not only because of the beauty and comfort of the house but also because of the proximity of the monuments since the house is in the center of the city.

Renan’s place was great ! He responded quickly with multiple recommendations for local food, the area was safe, easy access 5 minute walk in any direction to a tram. They allowed me to check in early, checked on me through out my stay, and everything was as described.

Great experience at Maria's place! Her and her sister were always SO responsive via airbnb app and whats app. Gorgeous view of the Russian Orthodox church from the balcony, and this apartment is up the street from the Trenitalia Roma S. Pietro train station. Short walk to some bus stations. The neighborhood is pretty residential which I liked - nearby walk to a Carrefour (grocery store). Perfect-working AC (perfect for 96 degree days). Elevator in the building. Great water pressure in the shower.

Great location opposite restaurants/shops & the supermarket is just a short walk. Really easy to walk to the Colosseum area. Agostino and his wife met us at check in and talked us through everything & gave us some recommendations. Everything was fab - Would definitely recommend!

The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. Anna Maria is one of the best host I have come across my stays on Airbnb, she has an excellent independent house, sparking clean and close to Rome terminal (walkable 15 mins). The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and equipments which helped to cook and feed my toddler during my vacation in Rome. The rooms are amazing with all the amenities. . I experienced very easy check in and check out and her helpfulness was really amazing and unmatched. . I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an Italian house close to Terminal and with good restaurants nearby.

Such a Beautiful Home! We really enjoyed our time at David’s house. The Location was amazing, literally close to everything. David was very responsive and helpful and he made us feel at home. All the amenities worked perfectly and thanks God the Air Conditioning worked well, because was very hot in Rome. The house is well designed and spacious, we just can’t wait to come. Definitely Recommend!👍

Giacomo's place is located in the back of a peaceful and well-maintained Trastevere residence. Simin welcomed us warmly. The neighborhood is very nice, the accommodation is fully consistent with the photos and really well-equipped (including the kitchen). We enjoyed our Roman stay!

The apartment was clean and spacious. Carla was available if needed. Great communication. The location was perfect and was easy to walk around and find everything we needed in the area. There is a tram and train station. Every Sunday the flea market is literally in the square. Bedroom is in the back so there is no traffic noises.

Lucia was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to accomodate me and my golfers during our stay in both her houses in Olgiata. I would highly recommend staying in her lovely accomodation.

Roberto was one of the best hosts we have experienced. He waited for us even when our flight was delayed coming to Rome. The first minute upon checking we felt right at home with Roberto and he gave excellent instructions. Everything was pristine and immaculate! The large terrace was a wonderful space for vino with friends. Located feet away from the coliseum with restaurants and a grocery store right around the corner. We highly recommend and hope to be back soon! Thank you Roberto!!

This apartment and host has been the best experience my family and I have ever experienced. They provided top notch quality and services the amenities were like having your home away from home. If in Rome this is a must stay at apartment…. The host met us on sight and walked us through the apartment and all of it wonderful appliances, excellent liens, must see place and restaurants. They also provided time communications of a bus/metro/rail strike, which allowed us to plan ahead for alternative transportation. My family and I were super comfortable, safe and enjoyed our stay in this amazing apartment.

Andrea's place was right in the thick of Trastevere. We loved the added bonus of the terrace. She also helped us arrange a car service to the airport after our stay. Thanks, Andrea!

Gaia was so helpful and communicative before and during our stay. She even made it possible for us to arrive earlier than the stated check-in time. Her home is lovely and easy to access in Trastevere. Would recommend highly for couples or families!

The bathroom and kitchen are modernized and in excellent condition. The rest of the house retains its original state, which makes it more welcoming. Both Gio and Nicoletta were very present in my consultations.

Robby was extremely responsive and replied within minutes... even at night! My girlfriend and I arrived at his place rather late and were worried that we would have problems checking in but Robby's swift replies made the check-in process super smooth. He also provided recommendations on where to eat nearby - which turned out to be really good. Overall, we just want to thank Robby for the problem-free stay as we had a couple of other poor experiences in our previous accommodations. Would definitely recommend staying here during your stay in Rome!
