Simone and Giulia were wonderful hosts. Their place was spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent—within walking distance of the Colosseum and just a few stops away from Campo de' Fiori and the Spanish Steps. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. Overall, a 5-star experience—highly recommended!

Literally the best airbnb I stayed at so far! Rome was my last destination in my 3 week Italy trip, and my mom and I were exhausted when we got to Rome. The walk from the Termini station to Guido’s place was only about 5 minutes, and Guido was outside to greet us. When we got to the room, we were so surprised to see that the room was spotless (mind you that my mom and I are pretty picky about cleanliness). We were so well-rested the night we got to Guido’s place that it felt like a fresh start. The location is amazing. You can get to anywhere without a problem since you are so close to the station. The terrace is beautiful, and you can see the sunrise every morning. There IS an elevator. The AC worked perfectly (Rome is extremely hot in the summer, so this is a must). Also, Guido was such a fun and helpful host, I really couldn’t ask for more. There isn’t a single reason not to stay at Guido’s place, and I hope to come back as well!

Stayed here with my wife for 5 nights on our first visit to Rome. The location is ideal, close to some of the popular ancient sights, but also situated in the Monti neighborhood with its own local vibe and plenty of great restaurants. Even though the neighborhood is lively, we had no issues with noise. As for the place itself, it was very clean, comfortable, and stylish. Maria’s attention to detail shines, from the timely check-in instructions with photos, to the handwritten note wishing us a happy anniversary and a pleasant stay. We would 100% stay here again, and recommend to friends. Do take your time with the stairs on the way in and out, since a few of them are worn/uneven.
