Apartment holiday rentals in Monticelli Terme

Conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and all the great places to visit in downtown Parma. The flat has a feeling of tranquility and is comfortable. We shared it the apartment with a friend it was great for that because it has 2 bathrooms that have their own showers in them.

Alessandro sent us clear and precise instructions. This allowed us to arrive and leave independently. The apartment is very beautiful, functional and well-equipped. We enjoyed the air conditioning with temperatures of 38 degrees outside. Another appreciable point: we had access to a private and secure garage. No difficulty to go to the city center on foot in about 25 minutes. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Great place. Convenient location, although a bit tricky to reach by car. We ended up parking 8 min away and carrying our luggage. Would be nice to know in advance how to reach the side road for unloading. The place itself is spacious and comfortable, even though it is very echo-y. Air conditioning works beautifully.

We stayed in Giuseppe's accommodation for only one night but we had a great time, excellent cleanliness, everything you need even for a longer stay, a large shower that was much appreciated, and an extremely kind and helpful owner.

Everything is perfect, surely the location is not central but the space where the apartment is located makes it very quiet and reserved, thanks also to the amount of greenery that surrounds it. Everything is very clean and well-stocked with any appliance and service. Host Rosella is also very nice and helpful, I recommend!

The place is near highway. It was recently renovated. The availability of the parking space is a plus.

This is an amazing space. Very very clean. Lots of amenities. And a porch to walk out on and look down at the square and look at the views and watch the Starlings. You can walk everywhere and lots of shops and restaurants. Lots of comfortable space.

I wish I could rate this as six stars. Everything about the location, apartment and host was spectacular. The view of the hills and mountains in the distance were worth the drive. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything we could want was provided. Mathieu is warm, friendly, and very helpful with his suggestions which were spot on.

We had a really nice stay in Parma at Le Mura. The location was quiet in a lovely neighborhood outside of the center but still walkable or an easy bus ride to the center. The apartment was clean and spacious - more than enough for the two of us. It was obvious that much thought and style went in to the renovation and selection of furnishings. Communication with the host was efficient and prompt. Wish we had stayed longer!

It was very nice to be in the apartment, it is very close to the train station and the city center, you can go by bus or on foot and be there in a few minutes. The apartment is well furnished and as described in the listing. Communication with Simonne was very good and she is a very kind person. I'll go back.

Great rental!! Paolo is an exceptional host and always available!! He gave us all the good addresses for our visits and restaurants. Do not hesitate to book with him the visits of the parmesan and parma ham factories (he even accompanied us)!! The pool and the exceptional jacuzzi! The accommodation is clean and fully equipped! The perfect breakfast!!Go there with your eyes closed. I highly recommend this listing!

Our stay in Brugnato was simply great! The location is ideal for excursions to Cinque Terre – quiet, but super connected. The absolute highlight was the whirlpool on the terrace - after a day of hiking and exploring the villages, it was simply priceless. The accommodation was cozy and well equipped – we felt completely comfortable. Thank you for this great break!

If you're looking for calm, kindness and discretion, you've come to the right place at Sari and her husband's. The accommodation was comfortable for my 3 daughters and me. Be careful we had a lot of mosquitoes but sari can't do anything about it, just so you take the necessary precautions. I remember the calm and the magical decor. Thanks a lot Sari 😘

The perfect accommodation to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time nice and quiet. A sweet café right on the doorstep - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's Day weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the attention to the customer, she provided us with many solutions for activities and restaurants to eat at. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in detail like all the lovely furniture. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm, each one better than the other (yogurt, panna cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). A visit to their farm is a must, because it's really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts into the business up close and, above all, a special thanks goes to Paolo, the owner and father of Alice, who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. What can I say, keep it up and you can't help but have super happy guests who are satisfied with everything you offer. The truly delicious and cozy spa is a treat to try

We highly recommend this flat! It was all we could ask for. Went there with our grown up children and loved every second. Especially appreciated the kind welcome and good communication since this was our first visit.
